Casa La Cancion is located on the coast of Benissa just 300 m from the Cala Pinets where you can find the ecological promenade that borders and offers wonderful views of the coast. At 500 m you will find wonderful natural Blue Flag beach La Fustera. By car it is advisable to visit Calpe, Altea, Moraira, Denia, Xabia which are very close to the sea and have the wonderful old towns with great shops and restaurants.
Villa is furnished to a high standard, has one double and one twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and smart toilet, a fully fitted kitchen, lounge with sofa bed, fast internet , smart TV. Dinning area is located on a covered terrace. Outside there are a private swimming pool, shower, barbeque area, garden plants and parking space with gate. You will find modern and comfortable outdoor furniture by the pool.

Uns hat es super gefallen. Der Kontakt zum Besitzer und der Dame die das Objekt vor Ort betreut war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich und herzlich. Das Haus ist in einer tollen ruhigen Lage. Eine schöne Bucht und kleinem Sandstrand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ansonsten guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge in die Region. Der Pool am Haus ist sauber und lädt zum Abkühlen ein. Alles in und am Haus ist mit Liebe zum Detail gemacht, nicht nur ein Seelenloses Mietobjekt. Vor Ort war wirklich alles da vom Bügeleisen über Reinigungsmittel, Gewürze etc. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen.

La casa de Henrikas es una maravilla, perfecta para una familia de hasta 4 personas, está situada en una zona increíble. Se llega andando en menos de 5 minutos a Playa Fustera, una pequeña playa con chiringuito y aún más cerca está Cala Pinets, una cala preciosa perfecta para bucear y nadar. Se trata de una zona super tranquila pero a la vez, está al lado de la carretera principal que lleva a Calpe (5 min en coche) o a Benissa/Moraira (5 min en coche).La casa está cuidada hasta el más mínimo detalle, se nota que está recién reformada y todo estaba impecable. Incluso la parte exterior estaba muy cuidada. A destacar también la limpieza en toda la casa, estaba todo reluciente. La piscina es también tamaño perfecto, la verdad pasamos 10 días increíbles y nos sentimos como en casa. La comunicación tanto con Henrikas como con Carmen fue de agradecer, muy atentos en todo momento y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. En resumen, de las mejores casas en las que hemos estado.

Una casa perfecta, para pasar las vacaciones, todo muy limpio. Tiene todo lo que necesitas. Una piscina espectacular, temperatura del agua buenísima.Lo único que hemos hechado en falta, ha sido una barbacoa de carbon. Por poner una pega los mosquitos, pero es algo que el dueño no puede evitar, las ventanas de la casa, todas tienen mosquiteras. El dueño, Henrikas ha contestado rapidísimo a cada duda que hemos tenido. Un lugar donde volveriamos sin duda.Gracias
