- accommodation for 4 people in a new villa on a plot of 1500 m, on the hill Montemar (altitude 240 m) facing the sea, a pool for two apartments, in the pines, quiet, direct access to your apartment that for you, by a dead end road, residential area (in Benissa the buildings are prohibited on the coastal side), situation between Moreira and Calpe, 2km from the sea, exceptional view from the terrace on the sea and the rock of ifach, the large beach of Moreira is 4 km and Calpe 7 km, two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with fridge freezer microwave, dishwasher washing machine, oven, electric hob, BBQ, SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED, AIR CONDITIONING (important in summer), for sports, tennis golf, climbing, all beach sports, there is a movie on You tube its title MILENA UP 2016 (the villa is air-conditioned) on your arrival if you have a problem for we find ourselves at the motorway exit e to drive you to the villa,
