"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised- amenities, location etc. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Rooms, linens, towels were fresh. We especially appreciated the location - quiet day and night for both work and relaxing. Alex was an excellent host. He communicated well, was thorough in helping us prepare for visit and leave property at the end of or stay. He was quick to answer questions and flexible with our travel details. Highly recommend!"
"The host was phenomenal. The cottage was indeed COZY. Everything I needed was within walking distance. I adore the setting and the city of Benicia. I hope that I will be back before too long. The cottage had everything anyone would need, including frosted mugs in the freezer. Thank you."
Charming Historic Lighthouse, A Magical Oasis With Great Sunsets
8/10 Good
"Plenty of room for all our guests and had a good kitchen and dining set up if needed. The outdoor area was part of the general marina. It would have been nice to have an area to sit as a group outside.Stay information should mention upfront that shoes are not to be worn inside the property and provide a better area to take them on and off."
"Downtown Martinez is fun at night, but the location of this RV is awful. A lot of shady folks out and about, the lot is shared with a run down auto shop. Also, I was not familiar with TV camping. Is the water drinkable (still not sure), use of shower required preheating for 20-30 minutes, turning on the pump, how to use the heating /air conditioning, Bluetooth speakers, etc. The landlord really should have a manual for the visit, would have made the visit much better. The key pad door lock is super finicky, resulting in me being was locked out for over an hour.
