"The "cozy cottage" was just as advertised. It's a spacious studio cottage with screened off bedroom, comfortable sitting area, both countertop and table dining, and a spacious and well equipped kitchen. I loved the convenience of the washer/dryer. The host was friendly, accessible, and quick to respond to the few minor issues that arose during my stay. The location is perfect - just 2 blocks from First Street and its shops and restaurants. I stayed for a month and was sorry to leave!"

"Excellent communication prior to and during our stay. We had a few things come up and they tried their best to make things right in a timely fashion. Great location and we had everything we needed for our family stay. I especially enjoyed listening to the family of hawks in the nearby eucalyptus tree! We would definitely stay here again."

"The pictures for this listing are extremely misleading. The furniture is not the same as pictured, there are no bed side tables or lamps which is just odd to me. The beds are uncomfortable and the bath towel situation was sad. I was not impressed by the fridge full of partial condiments and random food even though I was told I could throw it away. The place advertised to me as luxury and its anything but that. The front stairs are steep and dangerous and there is no outdoor furniture. I would have relocated my family elsewhere but there were no other options. Only redeeming factor was it was clean. "

"Downtown Martinez is fun at night, but the location of this RV is awful. A lot of shady folks out and about, the lot is shared with a run down auto shop. Also, I was not familiar with TV camping. Is the water drinkable (still not sure), use of shower required preheating for 20-30 minutes, turning on the pump, how to use the heating /air conditioning, Bluetooth speakers, etc. The landlord really should have a manual for the visit, would have made the visit much better.The key pad door lock is super finicky, resulting in me being was locked out for over an hour. "
