Worst hostel I have ever seen

We had booked for 2 nights.We have arrived by night with the family and at the reception they said the hotel was full !!! We sent a message 7 hours before our arrival but nobody read it or answered … We had to insist with the manager to solve the problem. He found a room in another hostel which was pretty clean and well managed. After one night in this hostel, finally we went to «  la colline ». They showed us a room very dirty … We get another one which was in bad state… Really disappointed . Family had to avoid this hostel .

The reception was a bit bitter. And about the property, I had the chance to talk with my tiny little friend the worms in the bathroom. But honestly the rest was okay.

Ils m'ont rendu plusieurs services sur demande. Par contre, le wifi est faible dans les chambres mais fort près de la réception.
