"The property is an traditional Berber house that is very tastefully renovated.we stayed in the cave room which was a unique experience, and had all the amenities. I Patrick and Sabine are wonderful hosts. The price includes dinner in addition to breakfast. The dinner was the best I had in Tunisia. They offer a wide selection of Tunisian wines and other liquor. "Heated and air-con tents with electricity and lighting. Lovely bar and separate restaurant. Received a huge welcome. Sahara desert is 4 mins walk where you find camels and buggies. There is a hot spring in the centre of the village free for all to swim in 2 mins walk. I hired a 4x4 trip from reception and journeyed into the Sahara for 3 hours. Peaceful, lovely pool and gardens. Quiet. Wake up to the fresh air and birds singing. "

Top Beni Khedech Hotel Reviews

Hotel Dakyanus Tataouine

Hotel Dakyanus Tataouine

8/10 Good
"Let's start with the positives. The hotel has beautiful grounds. It is old but clean. Areas of improvement - the swimming pool was murky and it didn't appear that it has water pump and filter. Dinner was by buffet only and it was an hour delayed and dinner started at 8PM. When we went to pay, the waiter overcharged us so make sure to keep an eye on the prices. Breakfast was OK. It is an older property but the rooms were clean, the grounds looked really nice and parking was easy."
