Excellent place to stay, will visit again.

Stay was excellent. Little things were taken care of and staff was very friendly. The food was really good too. Loved the Methi water and Ajwain water touch in the breakfast menu.

A very calm and quite hotel in the middle of Commerical offices. Easily accessible. The hotels exterior looks dilapated though since the occupancy was super low during the COVID phase 1 and 2 but they make it up for it by a good service and excellent food

Nice budget hotel, convenient location

Nice budget hotel. Friendly staff. Nice location for people with work in Whitefield area. Good buffet breakfast. If you are self driving, ample parking.

I booked a king size bed but they gave two single bed room. But they were least bothered about comfort of customer. At reception i ordered packed breakfast for next day as i have to catch flight but in morning the breakfast packet was not there. No one bothered to get it noted in order book. Worst courtesy by hotel people

Disappointing results

Not the best place to stay due to the cleanliness & conditions of the rooms. The bathroom of my room was infested with little roaches The restaurants hygiene is questionable as i saw multiple dead roaches in the areas.

Comfortable and pleasant

Very neat place to stay, nice and clean rooms with neutral colors. Its an especially good place to stay for the business traveler, as you also have wired internet in the room in addition to wifi. I had a requirement to connect my vonage telephone line to the internet, so I could make business calls to UK free of cost. It was a bit of a technical challenge to achieve this. But I received excellent support from the engineering staff and especially IT manager, Mr. Lokesh. He took significant efforts and managed to do this for me. I am very pleased and will be using the hotel again if I am in that area.

The room initially assigned to me smelled of second hand smoke and the next one assigned had some dust lying around. Maintenance is not up to the mark. May be that is why the price is way lesser than the other hotels in that area. The only reason I would recommend this would be because of the price and its location

Not so good as what expected.

The over all stay was average. The cleanliness was not good along with service. We ordered the food in afternoon and the empty dishes were lying till next day morning. When we asked to clean then it was cleaned partially. Even for getting tea bags and water we have to call them every time and they were serving only limited number of the tea bags etc. Security card which was handover to us was not working and we have to come back to counter to get it corrected at night.

Comfortable stay!

I was there in Radha Hometel hotel for one night. The property here is quite big. I was given a room on the first floor which was quite comfortable. I had a quick check in and check out. Also the staff was quite cooperative and understanding. There is a restaurant which has lots of choices in buffet dinner and breakfast. Enjoyed the stay and at a very reasonable price offered by Hotels.com

Decent place

This place at Whitefield which is away from MG road. It is in a quite locality. Neat rooms (not large), neat bathroom. Breakfast buffet was filling with different varieties, however, restaurant not good for Ala-carte.

Good hotel for the price

Good hotel, friendly staff and very affordable. Breakfast was very nice as well. Only problem are the beds - website says king or two double beds, but they have queen and two twin beds.

Cost Effective Business Stay

If you are looking for a cost effective place to stay in Whitefield area, this could be one of best options .. the breakfast is wonderful .. internet is okay okay .. gym in quite so you can have time for you .. and room are very small but very quite so peaceful (except for the noise from the passage only when some one passes by )

Ok stay !!! I had higher expectation

Good : The rooms are fine, beds are comfortable. Room was clean but there are 'wipe' stains all over the place after they clean the room.Bad : Service is not good at all. The front desk has some careless to an extend rude staff. Buffet service is horrible even though the food was tasty; they don't re-fill things on time.

Disappointing sray

The hotel has charged us in excess of Rs.40/ min for local calls. Neither the desk clerk nor the manager could explain these charges. The desk clerk had an attitude. The staff needs to learn how to interact with guests. Felt like we stayed there to get robbed. Will never recommend or stay here again. Paid in excess of Rs.3500 for local calls. This is ridiculous.

Convenient Location

Stayed here for 3 nights and the overall experience is quite good. Chose this hotel due to its close proximity to my office. Stayed here in the past as well.. This is the best value for money hotel in comparison to surrounding hotels. The room is comfy..great breakfast spread..polite staff.. Room service is not that great...at times annoying...due to their super late service.. As mentioned..overall great value for money hotel for business traveller..

This hotel has lots of hiden cost and very expenses. All items like food, water, drinks etc are double the cost. Service is very average. there is no valet parking or some to guide towards parking area, these are some of the basic facilities hotel should have when its located in business area. Room size is too small for two sharing and bed is alos very small. overall its an average hotel. not so great to rate the hotel more then 2.5 to 3.
