Staff were quite friendly and made us feel comfortable. It’s an old property and some of the rooms and the swimming pool need to be renovated. That said we enjoyed out stay. The breakfast which is included was quite nice.

The rooms were quiet large. First night we got upgraded to a larger apartment but it was facing the main road. The windows are not noise isolated so that we only got 3 hours of sleep the first night. We told the staff and we got a new room on the opposite side which was a lot calmer. The rooms and the hotel are quiet outdated and not that clean. Probably was a nice place 10 years ago but would need a renovation especially for the high price.

I read a lot of the reviews on Expedia and decided to give it a chance. I was disappointed from the start. The room was not clean, and the bathroom was poor. There was a smell in the hallway and moldy smell in the room. The breakfast staff was pleasant and food was delicious but I wouldn’t stay at this hotel in the future and would recommend staying elsewhere.

Needs updating

My recommendation to the hotel is to invest in minor cosmetic updates to the rooms, like re-caulking the bathtub and showers as it’s not looking hygienic. And adhere to some covid precautions such as staff being masked. Otherwise, good property and location.

Will never book stay at this properity again, it as not clean and more over, this the first time I have ever experienced that they take the payment during the checkin basically they dont trust the guest. Also the food cost is very expensive and not up to the standards. The rooms were durty, sheets had stains and it was clear that they will not wash the bed sheets.

Ok, could be better

The initial room they provided was not as expected, with twin beds instead of a single king and the view was to the shopping centre instead of the City with no natural light. Room looked very rundown and I complained to get it changed which they did by the evening when I got back. This one was OK but could have also done with a refresh. Apart from that, service and hospitality was excellent, so OK experience overall.

Das Hotel braucht eine Renovierung, aber wohl schon seit Jahren. Die Zimmer riechen schlecht und sind schmutzig. Auch hat das Zimmer keine Fenster! Das Restaurant ist das Highlight, Essen ist lecker und der Service gut.

One of the beautiful property in this area, and as Sarovar is a total eco friendly hotel and they make sure the resources are best used. Loved our stay here and can promise to be back whenever possible.

The hotel manager, Mr. Abhijit, went out of his way to ensure my stay was excellent. I have never encountered, either in India or overseas, a hotel manager so engaged and hands-on! Thank you, Mr. Abhijit! He even provided me with an in-room router so I could make high-quality Zoom calls with my US colleagues. The food was also very good and staff tried hard to please guests. Room was very quiet and generously spacious (huge sitting area and kitchenette PLUS a large bedroom - comparable to a large one-bedroom apartment).

Service from one person at front desk, Subramani, was exceptional - better than at a 5 star. Otherwise, this property has great space but lacks the polish that makes for an upscale business hotel. suitable for a quick trip for the central HSR location. The breakfast needs improvement and they play the same elevator music on repeat non-stop.
