I’ve been staying there every year since 2015. Unfortunately it has become run-down. The hotel staff are nice folks and helpful. Hopefully they’ll give the place some TLC soon and improve the condition of the building.

The current rating of this hotel, in no way is accurate. It was ranked 6/10. I would give it a 2/10. It was very old and in poor condition. It may have been clean, but it’s so old I couldn’t tell. Half the time the lift did not work.

Good hotel for the price.

Hotel was good for the price. Room was decent in size and everything was clean. Didn't get to try the breakfast. They are weirdly strict about the no guest policy.

It was ok.

The room is smaller than it appears in the ad. Bed is comfortable. Staff will try to be mostly accommodating. I was there recovering from surgery and there was an issue initially allowing visitors and outside food. Breakfast is good. WiFi worked less than 50% of the time. There’s maybe 2-3 English tv channels. Nearby decent restaurants.

There's no operable windows inside the unit. The AC doesn't bring in fresh air. The room and the corridor smells. They try to cover it with air fresher, which doesn't help at all. The front desk tells you that the breakfast is 6:00-10:30am. When you are there at 10:10am, the staff will tell you that the breakfast is already closed. Or when you come in at 6:00am, they will tell you the food is not ready. The neighborhood is fine compare to some other areas in the city.

AC Not Working!

I had booked 3 rooms. The AC in one of the rooms was not working. It is extremely hot and humid at this time of the year in India. To have a room with no working AC is totally unacceptable. We requested for another room, however we were told that all the rooms are booked and there are no rooms available. The hotel staff gave us a standing fan. I would like to please request a refund for one room.

Once upon a time Coral tree was one of the good hotel in Bangalore but now it is worst hotel. Receptionist are not at all professionals, room conditions are pathetic, house keeping is horrible and room dining is also very bad. I will never ever recommend this hotel to any one in my whole life.

Good hotel for a short stay. Pros- Comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, good food. Cons- Wifi wasn't working very well, shower curtains were dirty. I had requested specifically for a king bed when I booked but was given a twin bed room when I checked in. The night shift front office representative did not agree at first and told me that rooms were not available. When I was adamant about changing my room, I was asked to wait till morning and even then I had to remind them twice before my room was changed. But fortunately, that was the only hassle I faced. The staff are otherwise helpful.

Nice Hotel for long Stay

My experience was very good but only one problem Hotel management need address is food smell every where in hotel , Corridors is really irritating. Otherwise all is good
