Room sheets, pillow covers are not changed, it was stinking. Bath room was not cleaned, very bad smell and they have teared towel, no hand towel. House keeping should do way better job.

We had issues with the staff being impolite and unfriendly. The amenities were quite limited. The room sheets were unclean and there was no refrigerator too. The bathroom didn't have door mats and the sink was dysfunctional.

低いサービスレベルや内装の価値に対し、高い宿泊費が全く見合っていません。国際的な平均レベルに馴染んだ先進国の宿泊客は、きっと落胆すると思います。ここに掲載の写真は全て新築当時の古い写真なのでしょう、内装が古くなる のは仕方ありません。しかしメンテが非常に悪く、掃除も行き届いていません。例えば、タイルが欠けたままで、シャワーの水の噴出し口も水垢で詰まったままです。そしてチェックインの時、部屋のソファーに前客の枕カバーが丸めて放置されたままでした。フロントスタッフにはある程度の教育が出来ていると思います。しかし残念なのは、その他のハウスキーピングやレストランのスタッフは全般的に教育が行き届いておらず、大きなストレスを感じる点です。従って、オーナーやホテル側の考える”最高のサービス”がフロント以外の場所で全く実現されず、特に私の様な外国人宿泊客の印象を大きく悪くする原因になっていると思います。

Friendly staff comfortable room
I stayed for 3 days at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely nice to me. Being a visitor to Bangalore the staff were very concerned that I knew my way around the city. Excellent and kind staff in this hotel. Evening Buffet is generally vegetarian but non-veg provided on request. Morning buffet was Indian food of good quality. For this room price it is good selection. Room was clean, all basic facilities, modern clean bathroom. Good hotel I recommend it.
