This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a hallway alcove with a twin-over-twin bunk bed off the living room.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• The bunk alcove in the living room is designed for small children and is not suitable for adults due to its limited space.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles.
• No parties or events allowed. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 1 dog, 70 lbs. or less allowed. An additional flat pet fee of $35 will be required. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
o An extra-large, dog-specific towel drying your dog off is included. Please make sure to completely dry off your dog prior to letting them back into the condo.

• This condo is equipped with an external security camera monitoring the front entrance, which points to parking area, building stairs and entry.
• 6 complimentary SHARC passes will be provided. Please return all 6 SHARC passes. If lost or damaged, there will be a $125 charge fee for replacement.

Bend, Oregon is famous for its outdoor activities and beautiful scenery. Bend is also great for family-friendly activities like boating on Cascade Lakes. West of Bend are the lakes and peaks of the Cascade Mountains, with ski resorts and multi-use trails. In town, a trail leads up Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano. South, the High Desert Museum showcases the local environment, with history and live wildlife exhibits. • Please follow all Sunriver rules and regulations - we will not be held responsible for failure to comply.
• There are 4 Cadet heaters in the condo: 1 in each bedroom, 1 in the main living room, 1 in the hallway. Upon checking out, please turn down the knobs on each Cadet heater to the midway point.
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked prior to leaving.
• Please make sure all AC units are turned off before checking out.
• Please be sure you enter Guest Mode on each of the Rokus.
• Please turn off all lights prior to checking-out.
• No Parties allowed.
• The Property and balcony are non-smoking.
• Do not exceed the number of max occupants.
• Always observe quiet hours between 10pm-7am, and respectful to neighbors.
