The Aspen House cozy home is a great place to relax and enjoy all that Bend has to offer. A classic Bend millworker’s house at its roots, it's been modernizing while keeping the Old Bend feel. Look for creative reuse and recycled materials and enjoy energy efficient systems to keep you just the perfect temperature.

This cozy home is a great place to relax and enjoy all that Bend has to offer. A classic “millworker’s house” at its roots, it's been modernizing while keeping the “Old Bend” look. The floor plan (oak flooring throughout) is very open, with dining, kitchen and living room all connected. The shower surround is a unique mosaic mural made of recycled glass tile. The kitchen and bath countertops are recycled barn wood. Creative reuse and recycled material upgrades, you'll love this sweetie cottage!

DOWNTOWN LOCATION
The Aspen House is a downtown home-away-from-home. It has two bedrooms, king/queen beds, and a bathroom with shower. With the Old Mill District in one direction, and Downtown Bend in the other, you are in the PRIME Bend location! And of course Mt Bachelor is just 20 minutes up the road. Come stay in Bend and live like a local!

HEATING & COOLING
The Aspen Cottage features a mini split unit (A/C and heat) in the living room and it does a great job keeping you the perfect temperature. There are additional cadet heaters in the bedrooms and bathroom to keep you cozy any time of the year!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Aspen Cottage sleeps 4 guests. Sleeping arrangements include 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. A Pack & Play Crib is also provided for your little one (Please bring your own baby sheets). Extra blankets are on hand to keep you extra cozy!

KITCHEN & DINING
Enjoy a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with cottage charm! Reclaimed wood has been used throughout. A compact dining area for 4 is just next to the kitchen. There is also an outdoor table for relaxing and dining on beautiful Bend days. Basic oils and spices are provided to help get your meal started. The outdoor patio table will be the perfect place to enjoy dinner cooking on the BBQ any pleasant evening! A high chair is also provided for a kiddo.

FREE WIFI & ROKU LIVE TV
Free 200 Mbps Bend Broadband wifi. Speed test on a mobile phone is 146.5 Mbps / 11.5 Mbps. ROKU Live TV features 350+ free channels. This home has lots of board games to keep you entertained as well.

OUTDOOR SPACES
Outside you'll find a well kept backyard and deck. Feel free to fire up the gas grill for a BBQ and enjoy the sunny patio on those perfect Bend afternoons. No smoking of anything please.

PARKING
You will have your own private driveway spot. It is a long tandem driveway and will fit 2 vehicles front to back. There is also on-street parking in front of the home.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This home is nestled into a sweet residential neighborhood and is not appropriate for loud and late parties. City of Bend quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am and are enforced as are Bend's Good Neighbor Guidelines. Between 10pm-8am, especially when outside enjoying the decks, please keep noise levels very low and be considerate to our neighbors. Weekend in Bend

The location is ideal for enjoying Bend. The house is clean, and hosts are responsive and well organized. It’s a small 2 bedroom, but it had everything we needed and walking to downtown bend for food and shopping was really convenient.

Great place, great location

Thanks to Diana and the beautiful home, we were able to have the dream summer vacation. The place had everything we could ask for and was within walking distance of everything we didn't know to ask for. I would recommend you get this place for your summer adventure.

Lovely Christmas holiday vacation

Aspen house is truly wonderful. You cannot pick a better location. Everything is well appointed and exceedingly clean. I would highly recommend this home for rent in Bend.

Wonderful bungalow in Old Bend

We tremendously enjoyed our stay at Aspen house! The decor was very warm & welcoming with beautiful colors and wall hangings. Immaculately clean! All essentials were provided, including an iron/ironing board which we needed. Phenomenal location since most of downtown Bend was walkable for us. Easy check in. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this cottage.

My daughter and I enjoyed the house and thought it was very comfortable and clean! The only feedback I would say is to add a table lamp in family room because the ceiling lights could be pretty bright (unless I missed a dimmer option). And not sure if this is something typically provided, but we neglected to buy sugar for coffee and we assumed there would be some at the house. Loved the binder with info about the area and places to eat and shop as well as accessing that info online. Thanks!

We absolutely loved the house and what a perfect location to spend time in Bend. Downtown was a 15 min walk and close to a great grocery store. Communication was also very well done. Would love to come back.

Perfect way to explore downtown Bend

The house is in the perfect location for walking all that downtown Bend has to offer. Explore the amazing food and shopping, spend time in the parks and/or River. Cannot beat the location. Great rental, we will be back!

Perfect location to walk into Old Town, grab a bite from the Podski, walk along the river, head to downtown. Really great location. Great location, cute home

Stayed with my family (including a 2 and 4 year old) and had a great time. Close to Smith rock state park and the lava fields. During naps we could walk to downtown (including a cute library and book stores) with the 4 year old. Great place!

Very nice house within walking distance to Old Bend and The Old Mill District. Kitchen and house was well appointed and the property manager was very professional making our stay go smoothly.

Amazing location with all the essentials.
