Step into a classic Sunriver Cabin, "Sunriver Nostalgia", just steps from Sunriver Village and SHARC. This family-friendly cabin sleeps up to 8 people in a 3 bedroom + loft, 2 full bath home. A private hot tub and expansive deck provide an ideal spot for gathering with your closest friends and family. You'll love the recent updates that offer modern conveniences to the home while maintaining the original charm of the cabin.

First Floor:

- Foyer: 8 SHARC passes and hooks, seating to remove your coats and boots
- Laundry Room: Free to use private washer and dryer with detergent included, iron and ironing board present
- Kitchen: Fully stocked with all kitchenwares (plates, bowls, silverware, glasses, etc), small appliances, (blender, toaster, microwave, drip coffee maker), basic spices, cutting boards, cooking/baking/bbq tools, and more,
- Dining room: Large original dining table with comfortable seating up to 8
- Primary bedroom with King bed, TV, bedside tables and closet
- Bathroom 1: Connects to foyer and primary room, walk in shower with beautiful subway tile, plenty of storage, towels and soaps included
- Living Room: Basic Cable Smart flatscreen TV with access to your own apps like Netflix and Hulu, comfortable seating, wood burning fireplace with firewood stocked for guests


Second Floor:

- Lofted second living room with TV with sofa seating
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed with TV and clothing storage
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed and bunk bed (Twin over Twin) with clothing storage
- Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with towels and soaps provided

Outdoor:

- Expansive Deck overlooking natural wooded area, private and quiet, plenty of seating with adirondak chairs and outdoor table. The whole deck is fenced for your pet and children's safety.
- Hot Tub: Private covered hot tub that seats up to 5 guests, towels provided in laundry room
- BBQ: propane BBQ with BBQ utensils free for guest use, we provide propane tank

Parking:
- one covered parking spot under the carport, 2 spots off street private parking in driveway. No street parking allowed.

SHARC:
- Included in your stay is 8 passes to SHARC which is an incredible indoor/outdoor water park that is walkable from the home. The indoor water park is open during winter months. In the summer, there are summer concerts in the lawn and sledding in the winter (passes only required for pool park use).

Guest Access: Guests have full access to the home except for the ladders up to the locked off storage areas above the second floor. There is also no guest access to a housekeeping closet in the primary room and the owner's closet in the main hallway.

Local Contact: Sojourn Homes is a local company available 24/7 for guest needs. Our homes can be accessed by custom code on the smart locks.

Pets: up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allow with a non-refundable pet fee. Dog(s) must be 25lbs or smaller. Any pet related damage will be passed on to guest or taken from security deposit. Owners must clean up after pet waste

Good to Know:
- Completion of a Rental Agreement, including guest verification, is required for all bookings before check-in instructions are released.
