Only a 1/2 mile walk to the new SHARC aquatic center! With this home, you will receive 8 unlimited swim and tennis passes. These passes are good at both the SHARC Aquatic center as well as the tennis courts.

This home features 1900 square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It sleeps 8 people comfortably (10 max). The master and 2nd bedroom each have king beds. The 3rd bedroom has 3 twins and a full. There are 2 TV's, 2 DVD's, stereo with a CD player and wireless internet. The large deck houses a barbeque and hot tub and backs to a large common area for added privacy. In addition there are 10 bicycles available.

As seen in the pictures, this home backs to a large common area for added privacy. It is not near a busy road. The new aquatic center is only a 1/2 mile from the home. Fort Rock Park is located 3 blocks along the bike path from the house. This is a wonderful benefit for families with children.

Please note that renters must be at least 25 years of age.

The house was very clean and well kept. It was about a mile from the shops and restaurants, so it’s within walking distance. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Spacious and quiet

Clean spacious home, perfect for our family. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and convenient location near Mt Bachelor. Using the Sharc pool facility was a great part of our trip!

Everything you could want

The house had everything we could want... comfortable space, beautiful views, cooking gear was all there, SHARK passes and a hot tub.The TV was a bit confusing to work, but we didn't really need to watch TV.If we return, we would want to stay there again. Thank you!

Our family had a wonderful time here. Enjoyed the house and Sunriver area, with lots of walking and biking trails. A plus was all of the bikes available in the garage, as well as the SHARC passes. The owner was very communicative and responsive to our needs.

great End of summer stay

House was great and everything we needed. It’s in a quiet part of Sunriver, really easy stay. Towels are limited so recommend bringing your own beach towels for the pool. Other than that house is great and did everything we needed. Great reasonable price for the stay we did.

The house was in a great location and we really appreciated the SHARC passes! It was comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The bikes were not in great condition and we had to go to Walmart to get tubes for the kids bikes because the tubes were shot.The house was not super clean. (my one year-old, crawling around the floor inside, got black knees and feet!), but the bathrooms were in good condition and the beds were comfortable!

Fantastic Place

We loved our stay! The house is roomy, clean and comfortable. The hot tub was so clean and nice. My only wish was for a bigger light by the hot tub and more bedroom outlets but definitely not complaining bc it was fabulous. The bikes and stocked kitchen were great additions.

Great Location, Beautiful Home!

This home is so warm, welcoming with everything you need for an amazing vacation. Location is close to walking paths, pickle ball and SHARC where you can get in some fun in the sun! Well appointed home, a wide variety of bikes, hottub and deck to enjoy the morning cup of coffee and evening cocktail! We've already booked next year!

Lovely home

I've stayed in dozens of Sunriver rentals and this is one of the best in this price range. Comfortable furniture, clean home, one level, great location, and lots of bikes in working condition. Don't miss out on this rental. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! House is fantastic, no problems. It is shaded, and nice and cool despite being hot out. The SHARC passes were convenient. The garage has tons of bikes and other gear. Recommended!

Great time in Sunriver!

This home was perfect, it had all the amenities we needed, close to everything, and a peaceful and relaxing stay. Our kids loved the SHARC passes, we got to ice skate nearby, go on wonderful walks, and just 20 minutes to Mt. Bachelor. The home had everything we needed, was clean and communication with the and check in was excellent. We plan on returning to this home again.

Central Location, Great for Families

This was our seventh time staying in this home with our family. We love the separation of the master bedroom and en suite bathroom (for parents or grandparents). The second bedroom (also with king bed) is comfy and quiet. The kids love the bunk room. The home has two large tables that allow you to eat at one and leave room for building a puzzle at the other. The deck is AMAZING!!! Good mix of shade and sun. The home is located near the intersection of bike paths which brings easy access to Fort Rock park and the SHARC. The home is also set back quite well from the paths so there is privacy from deck and hot tub. On clear nights I highly recommend the star gazing from the hot tub or deck chairs.

Sunriver/SHARC

When we arrived the smell of the cleaning products was very overwhelming. It was very warm outside and the temperature in the house was 85 degrees with no A/C, luckily it cooled off at night. We were very bummed when we couldn’t ride bikes. They had the right sizes but two had flat tires, no stem to fill it with air and one had a seat that was ready to fall off. All in all, we were comfortable and we had a blast with the kids at SHARC.

Great Location!

Enjoyed our stay at the end of December, the house is in the perfect location: 20 minute walk to the village, 15 minutes to the SHARC and 10 minutes to Fort Rock Park. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and the size of the house was great. Because it was winter we didn't hang outside on the deck, but in the summer there isn't a ton of privacy, the bonus is that there is great people watching because the back deck looks at the bike path intersection so everyone is walking by. The pictures in the listing don't really show how nice the house is, it's nicer in person. The layout worked for our group, although the kids bunk room is right off the living room, which meant we had to be really quiet at night when hanging when the kids went to bed. There are lots of bike for all age ranges, so that was a plus! Kitchen was well stocked, even had the basic spices and plastic wrap (always a plus). Overall, would rent this house again - thanks for providing a great vacation house! we'll be back!

Thanksgiving at Sunriver

We had a very nice time staying at your home at Sunriver. The house was very clean and the kitchen very well stocked with more than expected. Lots of pots and pans, dishes, cooking utinsils. We liked that the owners provided some laundry soap as well. A few things that would have made the stay excellent: More than two rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms for a five night stay, more comfortable furniture. The sofa and beds were not comfortable. The dishwasher top shelf was broken and you could only extend it part way before it fell. Some of the plug ins didn't work well, you had to wiggle the plugs to get them to work. We had a group of eight people and stayed 5 nights. We used paper plates and cups to make our lives easier but there was a very limited amount of garbage we were allowed to have before it started costing us. If there is a limit it would be good to state that. With these changes we would highly recommend this house.

Enjoyable Sunriver Stay - Even When It Rained

Our family had an enjoyable Sunriver stay over Labor Day Weekend, even though it rained on and off all weekend. Not quite the sunny warm vacation we were hoping for but thats Oregon for ya. Our son especially loved the close proximity to bike ride to both Fort Rock park and the SHARC. Our toddler had great fun swimming at the SHARC and going for pony rides at the Sunriver stables. Mom and Dad enjoyed the private hot tub soaks after the kids went to bed. Your home was lovely and well stocked with most things we needed. The only suggestion I might give as a nice addition for those with small children would be to have a pack n play tucked in one of the closets and perhaps some duplo blocks or a couple toys for the little ones. This would have made it much easier to keep her from touching things in the house that she shouldn't. All-n-all we had a great stay. Thank you! P.S. Hubby said he would have also loved to have had a knife sharpener to use in the kitchen as they all needed sharpening.
