Great condo very comfy for 2 adults. We have stayed at this condo several times always have enjoyed. Only fault I found is they need a new coffee maker not old 5 cup. Everything else was perfect

Great location, not the cleanest
The resort the property was located was fantastic. Great location and close to the skii resort. The room itself wasn’t the best as the drain in the bathtub was very clogged and hardly draining. Some of the dishes were dirty and had to be washed before using. The shower rod was damaged and fell a couple times. I would have contacted property management for help but it didn’t seem worth the time as our stay wasn’t very long.

Not a great experience
We have visited the Seventh Mountain Resort every summer with family for over 35 years. We have usually had good experiences with the different condos we rent. This unit was pretty bad. The carpet was stained all over the place and it had a pretty bad smell due to the carpet. We decided right when we walked into the door that this would not work for us due to the uncleanliness of the unit. We stayed the night and left the next morning and got found another unit. We were told this until would be getting new flooring and that cant happen soon enough. This until should not be rented out until the flooring is updated. Aaron

RUN...don't walk...AWAY from this listing
One of the worst experiences I have ever head while on vacation. The first night of our arrival, we decided to use the pull out bed for our two children. We pull it out and the metal is bent beyond repair. Sadly it appears someone else already tried to repair this bed before. There is absolutely no way that anyone can sleep on this bed. So we called Vacasa immediately and we were informed someone would call us right back. Crickets, no call that night or even the next morning. I call them back and again I am told someone will call me right back. Hours pass and no one calls. We decide to call VRBO and see how we can get this problem fixed, they transfer me around for about an hour and then disconnect the call. Ironically they ask you for your number to call you back in case you are disconnected, but no one called me from there either. To my dismay I called Vacasa again where a competent rep was able to inform me who the property manager was and that he would call me. He calls me now 15 hours after it has been reported and I got to spend the night with my spouse and two children in one bed. The property manager does immediately try to rectify the issue by bringing us an air mattress and advises that we will be given a credit for the inconvenience. Also that they would try to find a replacement pull out couch in the meantime and should we have to stay our entire 9 nights on an air mattress that they would give us a sizeable refund. Still no money back and we have been home a week. The property manager has ghosted us after several promises that someone from Vacasa would be calling us to go over our refund. Other items to note when choosing this property - if you don't like spiders, this place is not for you. You will see them everywhere, including your bathroom towels. Cobwebs are everywhere inside, makes you wonder what that cleaning fee actually goes to. Speaking of towels the owners of this unit do not provide pool towels, and the front desk will not give you any because you are not a "resort" guest. Good luck covering any parts of your body. If you want to shower - prepare yourself for about 2 feet wide of space, you will be touching the curtain, I promise. Why they haven't invested in a shower curtain that bows out is beyond me. Wash cloth, we were given 1, thats right 1, for 4 people. Asked Vacasa for more, they promised to bring them by and no one showed up. Carpet is horrible, blinds are missing slats, not enough supplies provided
