For those that know Broken Top the location of this condo is near the gated entry on Washington Drive.

FULLY EQUIPPED CONDO: This unit is one of the larger units in the building with 2 King bedrooms / 2.5 full bath. This townhouse has a king bed upstairs, and king bed downstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a washer and dryer to help ensure your vacation is a pleasant one. The living room also features a fireplace, an LCD TV.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE: Please ensure you call if there are any issues with the cleanliness or maintenance of your property when you check in. These items will be addressed as a matter of urgency.

OUTSTANDING BROKEN TOP LOCATION: This property is right in the heart of the Broken Top. It is a 5 minute walk to the kids play area. Completely remodeled end unit town home in beautiful Broken Top. Convenient to the Deschutes River, shopping, breweries, the road to Mt. Bachelor, OSU Cascades Campus and so much more.

KEY CLEANLINESS GUIDELINES:
• We encourage good hand hygiene for guests and anyone involved with the property by providing sufficient hand sanitizer and antibacterial soap products at property entry points and key areas, and also encouraging handwashing regularly with water and soap for at least 20 seconds.
• We recommend removing shoes when entering the property and leaving them at the entrance (if possible, outside).

NO GROUPS: Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. If property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing, the guests credit card will be charged for these damages. The credit card provided must be in the name of main guest. Children are welcome.

Perfect Cozy and Relaxing Getaway

We loved our stay at Louise’s property! The townhouse is tastefully decorated and has nice cozy touches. We loved having the fireplace at night :) The kitchen is well equipped and great appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms are conveniently on two floors allowing extra privacy, great for a stay of two couples. I would definitely stay again and recommend for others :)

This place was wonderful! Great location not too far from anything. Hiking biking climbing all near by and down town a short drive away! Beautiful place as well with well stocked kitchen utensils for those who like to cook at home and a great neighborhood if you like to go for walks like me!

Beautiful Condo in Quiet Community

The condo is really clean, and the space has a nice, cozy vibe. It's situated in a great West Bend location, just a short 5-minute drive away from parks and restaurants. We only wish we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy the condo!

What a wonderful property. Perfect location. Skiing is20 mins away. Some of the best restaurants in the country are mins away. Quiet, easy access. Updated perfectly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Full size washer/dryer.

Wedding Weekend in Bend

Awesome property, just our style and the two separate sleeping areas worked well for my husband and I and my daughter and her husband. Very comfortable, clean and organized. Set in a quite beautiful community and really close to the Old Mill District and downtown Bend. We had great summer weather and Bend offers alot of outside activities and many geeat food options.

Beautiful cozy property

This was an amazing experience and stay at this beautiful townhouse. Totally remodeled and professionally interior-designed with high-end furnishings. Very comfortable space and beds. Great kitchen with everything you need in an organized fashion. Huge table for entertaining. Cozy fireplace and serene setting on a golf course property. Will definitely book here again when back in Bend.

Whenever I travel to Bend this is the FIRST place I check to see if it's available. Excellent renovation, very quiet, secure. Beds are extremely comfortable with high end linens. I just can't say enough about how much I enjoy staying here. We've stayed multiple times and never had a bad experience. 5 STARS!

Sometimes when you stay in places you feel like the furniture, bedding, towels, and kitchen items are an after thought.. not this place! Everything was was beautifully thought out! Loved this place and location. Clean property as advertised. Great communication by Donna and her cleaning crew with just a minor issue. Great host and property owner Louise. Beautiful Condo!

The condo is exactly as described. It is beautiful and in a great location. The trees around the condo and the fireplace make it very cozy. There are three pullout drawers for the freezer which is a bit bothersome and no ice maker. Louise stated that ice trays will be provided as there weren't any for this trip. She and her husband are very friendly and will assist happily with any concerns.

Lovely and Modern Townhome

The unit is recently modernized and gorgeous. Well equipped kitchen and no need to purchase miscellaneous cooking items if you choose to cook. Community Comments: Wish after hours access was more seamless as the gatehouse wasn't manned during the hours listed (could be the holiday weekend). When manned, everyone in the community is super polite, friendly and courteous.

"Perfect Family Retreat in Bend: A Home We’ll Book Again" Perfect Family Retreat in Bend

My husband, daughter, and I visit Bend at least once a year to see close friends, and we usually try a different home each time. However, Louise's home is the first one we’ve seriously considered booking again for our next visit. The recent upgrades have made the space warm and inviting, and the layout was perfect for our family, with living and sleeping areas on both levels. My husband often needs to work remotely during our trips, and the home provided a separate space for him to work without disruptions. With a young child, it was ideal to have her bedroom upstairs, allowing us to enjoy our evenings downstairs once she was asleep. I particularly loved starting my day with a morning coffee on the patio. The location in the Broken Top community is very convenient, offering a playground and paths for walking and running. Louise was a pleasure to work with throughout the booking process. After a small scheduling miscommunication, she went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Her professionalism was greatly appreciated, and we hope to stay again soon!
