Upstairs, gather in the inviting living area with a cozy gas fireplace, prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen, and share laughter around the dining table. The ensuite bedroom offers a California king retreat, while a guest bath adds convenience.

Downstairs, discover a queen room with patio access, a twin bedroom perfect for kids or friends, and a full bath. With bikes, cornhole, a high chair, and a pack-n-play, the home is ready for every guest—big and small.

Beyond your door, enjoy the community pool or pedal along scenic trails. Our mission is to give families and friends the space to slow down, reconnect, and create cherished memories, while we care for the details that make your stay seamless.
AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

We loved everything about this place. Very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. And it was perfect size for our family of 4. It could even accommodate more people, had plenty of room.
