Century-old mill home that was completely renovated to modern standards while keeping its' nostalgic charm.

Location! Location! Location! Convenient location is a five minute walk to the river and Drake Park and no more than a ten minute walk to downtown. Walk the other way on Newport and you're in the trendy Newport restaurant row. It's also convenient to Ten Barrel and other local breweries. Welcome to this warm, inviting home on the Westside.

2 Bedrooms: 1 king bedroom (new king bed as of August 2016) with master bath, second bedroom has a queen bed (new as of December 2016) and a twin bed
*All bedding is washed in between every guest stay.

2 Bathrooms: Master bath with shower, pedestal sink, toilet. Second bathroom with clawfoot bathtub, vanity cabinet, and toilet.

Great location

Really enjoyed our stay. Nice place and real close to everything we planned for the week. Perfect place for anyone who wants to be within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in downtown.

Cute house in great location!

We have stayed here before and the location is perfect for a quick walk to downtown! The house itself is cute, comfortable and had everything we needed for a weekend stay in Bend.

Great place, responsive host!

I really enjoyed my stay here and can't wait to go back! The host was very responsive to a couple early issues that I had and everything was resolved super quickly (within minutes!). House is cozy with comfortable furnishings and a well-stocked kitchen. Great location with an easy walk to multiple parks and downtown. Perfect spot!

If you just need a place to crash it’s perfect.

It’s a perfect place to crash if you are busy in the area. Not entertainment friendly. It’s a quant place in a great area. Beds could use an upgrade, but serviceable for a couple nights stay.

Great location, comfy stay

Our group of two couples had a great stay here! The location was perfect, walkable to Drake Park and the nearby shops and restaurants. The living room area is much more spacious than it appears in the pictures. Although the claw foot tub is super cute, we did all have to share the shower attached to the master bedroom. Overall a great stay!

Adorable and great location!

This home was adorable, and even cuter than the pictures in person. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. It was very clean and in a great location, just a short walk to downtown Bend. My only small complaint would be that the portable AC unit did not cool very well, and we were a little hot while sleeping. From what I understand, it was unusually hot the week we were in Bend, so it's probably fine for majority of the year. I still give this home 5 stars!

Great location

Perfect location for enjoying Bend breweries, restaurants, and amphitheater. Walking distance to everything. The house was clean, had everything you needed, and great neighborhood.

Comfortable and close to everything

We had a great stay at the house! The beds were very comfortable, the internet was very fast to support remote work, and it was an easy to walk to downtown. We had a slight hiccup with the keycode upon check in, but our host quickly resolved it. I'd stay here again!

Great house for a weekend getaway. The location was a quick 10 minute walk to downtown Bend which was amazing! The house had everything we needed and I would definitely book again!

Great location and cute house

We were in Bend to ride bikes. The location is great for easy access to all kinds of riding, and it was great to have a grocery store in walking distance. The house is very nice, with comfy beds and couches and a nice shaded sitting area in the back yard. The owner James was very helpful and answered questions promptly. We had a lovely stay.

Nice house in great location

Very cute and well-managed rental home in Bend. Well-stocked and organized. The host was less responsive than typical expectations for a rental home. Also we noticed chairs that we used in the front yard to watch fireworks were moved by someone the next day .... the host perhaps (no message)? or someone random? Either way, we were creeped out.
