Everything was easy. Have a question, just send a text for a quick response. It's a great location. Short walk to downtown so you don't have to worry about parking or an uber. It was very clean inside and out. I liked how they hade firepits and chairs if you wanted to hang out and check out the happenings at Drake Park. I'd stay here again.
Small and comfy stay with AC! Great location where you can float the Deschutes and walk a few steps back home. Close to our go to breweries and burrito shop!
Overall impression of the apartment is clean, adequate, and comfortable for our short stay. The perfect location for walking the park and trail, and a very short walk in to town.

Great Place
Great little place to stay. Clean and comfortable. PERFECT Location. Across the street from the park and river. walking distance to downtown. Really enjoyed our stay and we can't wait to come back
Pleasant location across the street from park and within walking distance to two different downtown districts.
Hiking within short drive Tumalo falls are super close and breath taking
We had a wonderful visit in Bend. The Drake Cottage sits across from a beautiful, family friendly park with numerous walking trails. We visited during the summer and had a wonderful time.
This place was perfect for our stay in Bend. The location is close to absolutely everything. It is also across the street from Drake Park. A lovely park with geese, ducks, dog walkers, paddle boarding and walking trails. The condo itself has a lovely courtyard and is well appointed with everything you need for a lovely stay. We would absolutely stay here again.
Drake Cottage is well located for Old Bend, downtown, and the Old Mill District. Drake Park is just steps away. The apartment is well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The only disappointment was the traffic noise that was more than expected for a residential neighborhood.
This is a cute and clean one bedroom with no frills. Arrived around midnight to find no top sheet on the bed and no coffee filters. The next day I had to contact management multiple times to resolve this issue. A little frustrating but they did take care of it.
Very nice location. Walking distance to Old Bend downtown area and right on the river. Property was nice but kitchen is very tight with minimal utensils provided Regardless, it met our needs quite nicely. The air system is a single unit centrally located so doesn’t do a great job of cooling the bedroom area. We had to prop up a portable fan to try to get cool air. But it sufficed. All in all - a nice spot to stay.

Excellent Location
Was a great location, right across from the park, beautiful for walking in the morning and evening. Close walking distance to several places, including a yummy coffee shop, a couple eateries, and breweries. Overall, a nice place to stay and at good price. I did enjoy the helpful welcome txt's and links to maximize our time in Bend. I've stayed at many rentals and have never received that excellent of services - so kudos to this place! I liked the window blinds/coverings, made it easy to sleep since it is on a busy road with streetlights. The house had all of the essentials, even the towels were soft and the bed was comfy (including the pull-out couch). The cottage was quiet even though the walls were shared with other cottages and on a busy road. I'd certainly stay here again.
A very efficient apartment close to all that Bend has to offer, including my son’s place! We’ve stayed in this complex before and loved it’s location. Was a bit fearful that the proximity to the road and Drake park would equal noisy at night, but things quiet down markedly after 9 pm. This is an older cottage , and as such, windows are a bit drafty on a cold night. Plenty of blankets and an electric fireplace and we were cozy. It was 17 degrees outside a couple of nights!! Bed is quite comfortable.
It is a small but clean cottage beautifully located right across from the lovely Drake Park, in close proximity to old and charming Bend's downtown and the gorgeous pathways leading to the Old Mill District. There are improvements that need to take place that just require some attention to detail. For example: there were no coffee filters (we bought some the day after Thanksgiving), there is no water kettle (we like to make tea), only two spoons (small and medium), we like to prepare some meals for ourselves but spent 10 minutes cleaning the dirty pans (both are on the small side), there was no aluminum foil. I am light sleeper so a word of caution to fellow travelers: the bedroom window faces a busy street and the noise level is high. If you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend this unit unless you have ear plugs. (Ironically for me, the king size mattress was great). I should have specifically asked about noise level and proximity to a road prior to booking and it is my fault that I did not. The noise level is not reflected in my overall rating score. I have also suggested to the manager, (after receiving a text asking me where I parked my car even though it was parked according to instructions) that a simple numbering of the three parking slots would eliminate confusion for guests and equally for management. Once again, the overall customer experience could improve with greater attention to detail on the part of the management company or owners.
Everything was wonderful! It was great to be so close to downtown Old Bend. So many great parks, shopping boutiques, and restaurants in walking distance. Great place to rest after a day trip to Crater Lake, Umpqua Hot Springs, or Smith Rock.
