The Sunriver condo has everything you would look for in a vacation getaway - a private hot tub, high-speed WiFi, six SHARC passes, and AC.

The neighborhood is quiet and convenient, and the building is within easy walking distance to SHARC, and the Village at Sunriver.

The living room has a gas fireplace and flat screen TV for lazy winter afternoons in. Prepare a meal in the full kitchen and enjoy a companionable dinner around the table.

The Meadow House Condo has two bedrooms and a den with queen hide-a-bed. The first bedroom is a king master, and the second has a queen bed. This condo is a rendezvous for family and friends and groups of up to six.

Enjoy the cool mountain air from the back deck overlooking the tranquil wooded backdrop as you take a long soak in your private hot tub, or have a barbecue on sunny afternoons. You can walk to shopping, biking, golf, and swimming from this great Central Oregon vacation condo.

Please be aware that the Sunriver SHARC center has implemented new rules and regulations regarding occupancy, amenities, and access. Please see their website for more details.

Good value in a great location

Easy to walk or bike to the restaurants and shops of sunriver. Hot tub was well maintained and clean. Vacasa was super easy to communicate with and we had no issues. Would stay again.

Peaceful, Pretty and Comfortable

I was at Sunriver for a conference, and I felt very spoiled staying in this lovely condo. The place was spotless, and I enjoyed the furnishings and decor. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed was comfortable. I was able to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings before and after the conference each day. I was there alone but I think a small family would could have a great vacation here. And the Vacasa staff were great! Thank you!

Ending our summer in SunRiver!

My husband and I were celebrating our 13th wedding anniversary. We stayed at this property from Friday 8/23 to Monday 8/26. It was very close to everything. The house was very clean and had lots of blankets and space for everyone in my family to enjoy. The best part was our private jacuzzi and of course passes to the SHARC!!! We would stay here again.

Great place!

The house had everything we needed! Large living room, master bed and laundry area. The bikes (all sizes) and helmets were wonderful addition, along with hot tub! Kitchen had great counter space and was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. Recommend!

Nice and Relax

Condo is nice, clean and spacious. Great location, quiet and just a short walk or bike to the Sharc and the village. And we were surprised to find a few bikes for use. The only two issues we had were the beds are not as comfortable and no additional parking.

Great Space, uncomfortable nights

The layout was great and felt larger then what we expected. The hot tub and SHARC passes were a nice bonus. We also liked the location being close the the village. Unfortunately there were negatives about our stay that would stop us from staying here again.The biggest issue was the King size bed being extremely uncomfortable. We are not typically bothered by any sleeping arrangements but this mattress made it almost impossible to sleep.

Great homebase for a weekend in Sunriver!

This place was great for four people, might get a little crowded with more. I wish there was on extra parking space as only one is included on site with the rental and no street parking is allowed. A few things were broken when we arrived, but maintenance came quickly after we reported them to Vacasa. Hot tub is a little dated and has some wear and tear but functioned. Beds were fine to sleep in, not the most comfortable but manageable.

Great spot!

My husband and I had an Oct weekend away and this condo was great. Perfect location. Very close to the village, pool and a short bike ride to the marina. Kitchen was remodeled and well stocked. As well as the bathrooms being remodeled and clean. Hot tub worked great and was clean. Only complaint is that the master bed mattress is in dire need of being replaced. It’s so sunken in that you basically sleep in a hole. I have yet to stay in a short term rental that had good quality mattresses…so it’s probably par for the course. But this one was extra bad in my opinion. But other wise a great stay!

Great place to stay..

Very clean . Nice place to spend Thanksgiving Weekend. Everything you need for a nice home away from home. The hot tub looked great even though we didn’t have time to use it. Nice walk to the Village!

Comfortable Condo

We had a nice visit and found our stay at the condo very pleasant. The unit is more roomy than we’d expected and was better stocked than a lot of other rentals. If I had any suggestions to add, new/fresh set of extra pillows, a set of steak knives, and Tupperware. A couple of updated nonstick pans would be welcomed, as the ones provided are getting a bit worn. Overall though, a very nice rental and we were quite satisfied with the cleanliness as well. The stove and oven were immaculate, which is not the case in some other rentals!! A note to those unfamiliar with Sharc policies: they will close both the outdoor AND indoor pools due to air quality above 150 or for lightning in the vicinity. We weren’t aware of this and we’re limited in our use of the pools for the majority of our stay. We would definitely return during a better time of year for weather.

The TV in second bedroom never worked and was extremely outdated. The gaming console didn’t come with any games or charger to charge controllers even if you had brought games. It shouldn’t be listed as an amenity. The exterior doors to the back patio were extremely hard to get open and didn’t lock. Master bed was very broken down and uncomfortable. Would not stay here again.
