The Lavender Cottage is an enchanting 2 bedroom 1 bath classic Bend cottage built in the 1920`s during Bend`s mill town heyday. Bright, sunny, and well cared for, this home is completely updated with all the modern amenities. The fabulous location on Bend`s popular Westside, just 4 blocks from Drake Park, makes this home the perfect choice for a relaxing and authentic Bend vacation experience.

On a breezy summer day you may enjoy the home`s charming private gardens filled with lavender, culinary herbs, and native plants. Have dinner on the deck with friends, cooking out on the huge gas grill, or relax in the salt system hot tub under a desert sky filled with stars.

Excellent location for exploring Bend with the bikes an added bonus. only a 10 minute walk into town. Lovely space indoors with everything needed for eating in. Responded promptly to a minor query.Would definitely stay here again when next visiting the area

We had a great stay at Lavender Cottage. It had everything we needed, was very comfortable and clean, and is in a great location. We will look to stay here again when we return to Bend.

Delightful Stay!

Wound up a weeks-long W.Coast roadtrip with a stay in Bend to hang with our son. The Lavender Cottage was perfect for our needs. It was well equipped, peaceful, clean, and im a great location for our needs. The hot tub was awesome to come home to at the end of the day as well!

Lovely Cottage!

We've now stayed at Lavender cottage twice, each time for a week of skiing in February, and it's been wonderful both times. Perfectly sized for our family of three. Love the character of the place, and the location is perfect. Plenty of restaurants and breweries within walking distance.

Lovely cottage in Bend

Clean and cozy cottage in great location in Bend. The kitchen has everything you need if you are preparing your meals. If not, short walking distances to excellent restaurants and food carts. The communication with the rental agency was very good.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay at the Lavender Cottage. Only complaint is we needed to stay longer to enjoy the house and front porch. We spent most of our time on our bikes and outside because the house is perfectly located for biking to shops, dining, parks, farmer's markets, all the things!

Best Location Ever

This place was lovely. 3 minute walk to lots of food and beer. 5 minutes to downtown for more food and beer :) The bikes were a plus! One note - the bathroom is downstairs and might be tough for some in the middle of the night. Would definitely stay again, Thx.

Nice cottage in and excellent location

The house is located within walking distance to the river, as well as several excellent restaurants, breweries, and grocery stores. The neighborhood is lovely and the house has everything you might need. The one drawback is that the bathroom is downstairs and the bedrooms are upstairs, but we were able to easily navigate that.

So good to be back in Bend

We had a lovely stay. House is as cute as a button. My 15 y/o daughter even loved it and she's very picky. We all felt right at home and the location was perfect for the activities we wanted to do. I was pleasantly suprised with the kitchen amenities. I had everything I needed for to make wonderful meals. Can't wait to go back.

Lovely stay in Bend

Cute vintage vibe house , all the comforts of home. Quiet neighborhood. Relaxing back yard with hot tub, perfect after a long hike. Grocery store and several good restaurants and brew pubs in walking distance. Beware though the bathroom is on the main floor and the bedrooms upstairs. Not a problem for us bur could be for some.

Comfy cottage in a great location

My wife and I arrived late the night of our check-in date, but thankfully the house was ready to go! This is close to the Deschutes River, 10 Barrel, some food carts, and a couple bars. Bring your bike (or borrow one from the shed) and take in the neighborhood. Other than a showerhead due for a replacement, this was a great place to unwind for a few days.

Base for our golf trip

We utilized this property as our base for our three day golf trip. It is a wonderful house that was clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked great and the hot tub was fantastic to refresh in after 36 holes of golf. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice and close to everything. I highly recommend this property! A couple things of note (which are not a problem with the house): 1. Though the neighborhood is very nice and close to many restaurants and services, there are essentially no sidewalks and the street was somewhat busy. 2. There is one bathroom and it's on the main floor while the rooms are on the second floor. It makes middle of the night restroom visits a little tricky. 3. There are ample pillows on each bed, but they are all feather pillows. I prefer a foam pillow with more support, so if you have the same preference you may want to bring your own pillow. Again, I gave the property 5 stars and it was great! I bring these three points up so others can be aware. I would stay here again without any concerns.
