It's a beautiful area and the room was great! We had a suite with a kitchenette and a separate bedroom. There were two full bathrooms which was extra convenient. The beds were comfortable, the room was cozy and we'll definitely be heading back in the winter! I left some items in the room and the staff was very friendly and helpful about finding them and mailing them to me.

It is very nature-friendly, and the park and valley right in front are fantastic. The accommodation is a bit old, so there were some inconveniences, but the bed was great, and I slept well. The service at the desk was kind, and I appreciate that they helped me check in a bit earlier.

This is a little unknown gem. I booked a studio here and I was right on the edge of downtown and close to the river. I didn't need to check in as they emailed me a code to the unit, which was keyless. My room had a kitchen and felt like an Airbnb. Hung out with friends downtown and didn't need a car. I could walk everywhere.

Rooms were clean, kitchen was well-equipped. Location is excellent: you can walk downtown via river walkways through parkland. Young staff in the office were exceptionally cheerful and helpful. Bedding and cleanliness were acceptable, not exceptional. The building, however, is aging. Doors and bathroom fixtures show the wear. Sound insulation was non-exsistant, and work on the building made intolerable noise from before 9 until 4 every day. Fortunately, we only needed the unit for sleeping and went out for the daytime. Still, once the noise began in the morning we felt we were fleeing to get away from it before it became painful. Impossible to rest during the day. At night, loud music was audible from another unit.

Great aside from dirty floors

Cute little room, wonderful area. Loved the rooms and amenities. Floors were not mopped however. I spilled some water on the floor first night and when I used a paper towel to dry it, the towel came up black. Not a little dusty or speckled... Straight up black. I spot checked a few other areas of the condo and found the same thing in all rooms. I got the impression it had not been mopped for quite a while. Everything else was great with the rental.

It was my first time staying in this side of the property, and I was not disappointed! There was a lovely fireplace spot to sit and drink coffee and look out at the fall trees! Felt very cozy. This unit (Downtown Abby, I love that they all get cute names) had a well appointed and pretty kitchen but I didn’t do any cooking. It’s just a few blocks into downtown and Sidelines makes Killer breakfast! The bed was comfortable and the whole place was clean. It is an older building so you occasionally hear your neighbors, but I wasn’t disturbed. This location is so convenient to go on a walk on the river trail, or hop onto the parkway it’s quicker to get (or make your way home from 🍻) anywhere in Bend! The keyless doors!!! I love that I don’t have to stress about a silly magnetic strip card.

The location was great. It was nice having the park and river right out the door. The place could have used at least one more piece of comfortable furniture. It was a bit noisy when there were folks upstairs but it was ok as we know the building is older. My main concern is that the place was not real clean and definitely not deep cleaned. The indoor trash pail had a lot of sticky stuff on the bottom and both bathroom drains were clogged and drained slow. One of the bathroom’s shower handle would not stay in position to keep getting warm water. I also didn’t get my room check in info in my e mail but fortunately the manager was there at the time of my arrival. Despite the short comings I would stay there again as the location works well for me.

The room was nice enough. Plenty of space for two. We had 2 separate bathrooms so that was great and two sliders with balconies. The range although small was great for cooking and the microwave and fridge were bot great. The coffee and coffee maker were subpar - ended up going out to get coffee each morning. The room had a musty/old odor to it that we brought back with us in some of our items. The wi-fi was horrific - the signal was very unstable and slow. There was no cable so streaming through their limited app menu or DVD were the two options. We couldn't even cast to the TV using our mobile devices. Also there are only stairs so if you have issues with that be aware. There's a coin-op laundry room which was greatly appreciated. The machines were ample and efficient. We only had one interaction with the staff and they were helpful.
