"Bend Bungalow" Elegant Second-Floor Condo Near Downtown Bend

This condo is ideally located alongside Pioneer Park and the spillway at the Deschutes River. Visit downtown for fun-filled days of exploring dining, and shopping. In the winter months, Mount Bachelor is just over a half-hour away. In warmer months, outdoor recreational opportunities abound with hiking, rafting, and fishing all located nearby.

Highlights of this Pioneer Park condo include two balconies (one with a grill), a sleek interior with all-new furnishings, two TVs, and a community bike rack. The welcoming living area features a gas fireplace, queen-size sleeper sofa, and 55" smart TV with access to streaming services via personal login credentials. The pristine kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, and ample cookware. When meals are ready, the table accommodates four.

This condo sleeps four guests between the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The bedroom provides a king-size bed, TV equipped with Amazon Firestick, and a private balcony. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. A second bathroom also has a tub/shower combination.

Sip morning coffee on two balconies. Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco at the two-person bistro table.

Extra perks include Amazon Echo, and access to communal laundry facilities. Unassigned parking is available for one car in the parking lot on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional parking may be available in the Pioneer Park public parking lot.

This unit is on the second floor. Elevators are not available.

The location is great as it's near the walking trail along the river & close to fun restaurants/coffee downtown. The bed was comfortable & we really liked how the space was decorated/organized. The only bummer was that the bathrooms smelled musty/sour & the clean dishes/utensils accessible to us were still dirty & there wasn't a dish sponge for us to clean them ourselves. Overall, we would come back!

We enjoyed the great location close to the river and park. Easy access to everything. We loved the coffee in the neon out on the deck, tv with all stations, big comfy bed, and having 2 bathrooms. Great place!

Lovely condo at nice location

Check-in was so easy and the place was beautiful. It was the perfect set-up for two couples traveling together that let both of us have our own space and bathroom. Great kitchen and it came with dishes! Will stay again

Cute place in good location

Nicely decorated and clean unit in an older condo building. Good location right by the river and walkable to downtown. Check-in process and communications were very good. Only suggestion for Mgmt would be to look into replacing the mattress / mattress topper as it seemed very worn (had craters on each side) and did not offer much support.

Great location, inaccurate description

Great and convenient location to downtown Bend. Check-in & check out was very easy. The listing is inaccurate about having a pool- we didn't have a key to the onsite pool and were told by the property manager this condo does not have access to the pool onsite. The membership to the Juniper Fitness was left; however, for our 5 day visit, there were no times that offered open, recreational swims. Big disappointment to our kids to not have pool access at the condo or through Juniper. Pillows could use an upgrade. Also, be prepared to supplement with your own dishwasher detergent for extended stays. We received two packets for our 5 day visit.

Close to Downtown

We had a great time here. The location was great! Very close to downtown and River walking path. The only 2 issues were that there was no remote for the tv in the bedroom. This wasn’t huge for us because we were busy out of the apartment most of the day. Also, after waking barefoot in the apartment our feet were black!!! We didn’t bother to contact the host, we just wore our flip flops in the house. Otherwise, great stay. Both showers had great water pressure and it was so nice having 2 bathrooms.

Great central location

2nd time I've stayed in this complex, it's located in a great spot to access the area. The kitchen has everything I needed (a diversity of pots, pans, etc). Internet speed was good, parking was always available.
