About this property

Awesome location/place: River trail, Old Mill District, easy drive to the Mt.

  • Awesome location. Lots of light, high ceilings, views of the river and the Old Mill Smokestack. Easy access to Mt. Bachelor. The popular Deschutes River trail at Farewell Bend Park is across the street. Walk to Old Mill shops, restaurants and the movie theatre in less than 10 minutes. Walk along the river to concerts at the Hayden Homes amphitheater.

Work from home at a full-size desk with a window that looks out to the river. See a bald eagle hunt for its food above the river.

Everyone loves the location since you can bike or walk to breweries or take a 3.5 beautiful forest hike from the house.

The bedroom has a comfortable mattress, good pillows, a fan, extra blankets, good sheets and a view of evergreen trees. It's quiet and has blackout blinds and curtains.

    Bend at its finest!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Linda’s. She was so kind and accommodating for our entire two month stay. The house is in a prime location to the river, Old Mill district, and downtown. Would stay here again for sure.
