Very clean nice place. There was an issue getting in and initially connected to WiFi but think it was related to a new prop mgmt company and confusing details. It was resolved in about 45 mins but not a show stopper. Great place, location and value.

This property was a major disappointment and felt like a bait‑and‑switch. It is listed as a townhouse, but what you actually get is the bottom floor of a townhome, not a full unit. The listing claims to include a kitchen, yet there is no real kitchen at all, only a sink, a microwave, and a small wine refrigerator. Anyone booking this would reasonably expect a functional kitchen, and the listing is misleading.The space itself was not clean when we arrived. The floors clearly needed to be swept, but there was no broom or cleaning supplies available. The directions to the property were unclear, and it was difficult to even locate the correct gate guard at first. After finally getting inside, we found the bed poorly made, and there were no washcloths provided. For a property advertised as a townhouse, the overall setup and condition fell far below expectations.The way this rental is presented leads guests to believe they are getting a full, private townhouse with proper amenities. Instead, it’s a minimally equipped lower-level space that lacks basic cleanliness and clarity. Because of the misleading listing, the lack of a real kitchen, and the overall poor condition, I would not recommend this property.

Floor was dirty my feet were black after taking a shower. The people upstairs stomping around all day and and night. I would never book here agian. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. If you like to sleep in people upstairs are loud and stomp all night
