Located in amenity rich community of Caldera Springs, 56371 Fireglass is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This 4,830 sq. ft. home has 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, making it enjoyable for up to 16 guests.
This luxurious new build was completed in December 2022 and inside it you will find a spacious kitchen, living and dining areas with wood flooring, vaulted ceilings, timber trusses, and a serene outdoor area.
Additional features of this home include:
• Stunning views of the Ponderosa Pines with a covered back patio that features hot tub.
• Primary king bedroom offers stunning stone gas fireplace, flatscreen tv, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with heated floors, tub, tile shower, and double sinks
• 3 additional downstairs king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms
• 2 additional upstairs King bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms
• Kids bedroom with two sets of pyramid bunk beds (twin over full) with a shared full bathroom in hallway
• Upstairs game room offers a pool table, and a foosball table, large flat screen tv
• Large laundry room with 2 sets of washer/dryers and sink
• Garage has space for Three cars; up to four cars can park in the driveway
