Perfect family house

This house was perfect for our family of 6 vacation. The hot tub is amazing, close walking distance to everything. The house is fully stocked with everything you would need from towels to kitchen items. Comfortable beds with lots of extras pillows and linens. Clean, comfortable and lots of space. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back

Great place to stay. Convenient location, lots of room and comfortable inside, well stocked kitchen. The hot tub was a nice bonus. Host was very responsive to any concerns or questions.

The house was great, kitchen had everything needed, beds comfortable. BUT I was looking firward to exploring and using the gym facilities. OFF LIMITS to non owners even with the trumpetedad re SHARC passes. As we went in October, the out side pool was closed. The only thing accessible to us was the indoor pool which was highly chlorinated. We would have stayed the week just to relax but the weather turned too cold and wet to stay and do nothing but bike ride. The weather is obviously not Sunriver's fault. It would have been nice if there were more inside facilities available to us. Came home early.

Perfect location

I had a good experience staying at this property. The house was in the perfect location, and the beds were comfortable. It was clean and well-kept, though it offered just the bare essentials in terms of kitchen supplies—don’t expect things like mayo, cooking spray/oil or sugar. A bath mat for the tub/shower would have been a nice touch, and there was a slight odor but we got used to it. That said, I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location

The house waa veey clean. There were 2 full bathrooms, and they had put a sink and toilet in the laundry room which was great as we had 6 people. The kitchen was well stocked with great pans, dishes, glassware, etc. It was fairly quiet, but bot far to the village area with walking paths right outside the door. Wonderful stay!

Sunriver House

We had a great time staying at the house over the New Year's Eve weekend. With bad snow conditions at Mt. Bachelor, and not enough snow for our planned snowmobiling outing, we made the best of it by biking around the Sunriver area on the trails, hiking along the Deschutes River, and going to the SHARC for swimming. Our family had a great experience overall.

Met our needs

House was clean and having a fireplace was nice! We didn't plan on it being so cold and snowing! But we enjoyed it :) I gave a 4 star rating because the house is very outdated and needs to be supplied with some newer items like linens, blankets, bed frames. Just needs a good update! All in all we had a good stay 👍

We thought the place was really comfy and nice and we really enjoyed our time and wish we had been there for even longer. Thank you and I hope your housekeepers found it to be a pretty easy place to clean, as we tend to leave things in pretty good order. The only thing I would suggest is to have instructions for use of the SMART TV+remotes, as not everyone is used to using one (we both have Roku boxes we still use). Great property

Great house! Very clean. Older, but updated. They even had coffee and a few spices. No ice machine in fridge, but plenty of trays in freezer. Fireplace was great, appreciated the dry wood in garage. Excellent location. Hot tub worked great. Called property mgr to ask about lights out by hot tub (side of house and no lights). Was told someone would get back to me the next day but no one did. Just used a flashlight. Would book this again for sure.

Overall the rental was great. There was even enough room in the garage to get our vehicle inside for the cold winter nights. Would definitely consider using this rental again. Only a couple minor issues: 1. Loose piece of base trim in the Kitchen 2. Aquatic center passes and hot tub key were not left where the check-in instructions said they would be. 3. We tried calling to inquire about the passes but the person on the phone couldn’t help us. We found the passes ourselves in the laundry room.

Nice home. Close to the amenities of the Sunriver community.The home had a very gothic appearance with crosses in every room and almost every wall.
