We inform that the building staff, including reception, pool, maintenance, common areas cleaning, and security, is not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.

Located in a privileged area, the apartment is just a few steps from the beach, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and local shops.

Take the opportunity to practice water sports, take a walk along the boardwalk, or simply relax on the golden sand.



This apartment is the perfect destination for unforgettable beach holidays!



CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15th to September 15th - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.



POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternative between the large pool (unheated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23 °C).



The opening hours of the pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties. No claims will be accepted for this reason or for the closure of the pools.



PARKING: Parking spaces subject to availability.



Community satellite television, subject to the community signal; we are not responsible for signal loss.



Gym in the building, with supplement, which is paid directly at the gym.



Tourist options in Benalmádena:



- Benalmádena Sea Life Aquarium: Located in the Benalmádena marina, it is a shark conservation and protection centre inaugurated in 1995. The Sea Life brand belongs to the Merlin Entertainment group, which manages more than twenty aquariums in Europe.



- Dolphinarium and Penguin Park Selwo Marina: Park that houses the only Dolphinarium and Ice Penguin Park in Andalusia. The Arroyo de la Miel train station is 1.3 km from Benalbeach. The Athens gym is located in the complex and offers daily and weekly rates that you can consult directly with them. There are taxi and bus stops at the entrance of the complex.

To ensure the safety and attention of our services, we do not request a refundable security deposit. However, we request a credit card number to cover possible damages, with a maximum amount of up to 200 €. This measure allows us to offer you a peaceful and worry-free experience.
