The complex is located across from BIL BIL Beach and about a 20-minute walk from the Benalmádena marina, close to recreational areas and in a central location.

Excellent apartment located in Benalbeach, one of the best residential developments on the Costa del Sol. Right on the beach. You can sunbathe on Benalmádena’s beautiful sandy beach, grab a bite to eat or enjoy a cocktail at a beach bar, stroll along the boardwalk to Puerto Marina, shop at its countless stores and supermarkets, or visit Parque de la Paloma. Use of the water slides and water park is completely free (open during the summer months). In the surrounding area, you’ll find restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and all the necessary amenities. Parking is free and subject to availability. There is also a free parking area nearby.
