Villa Nórdica, which features a private pool offering complete privacy, is located just a few minutes from Benalmádena Beach. It is one of the most beautiful villas in the entire area, boasting the most spacious terraces and interiors. Villa Nórdica is decorated in a modern, youthful, fresh, and casual style, offering you, your family, or friends a dream stay filled with relaxation and guaranteed comfort.

Villa Nórdica spans three levels with modern amenities across 290 m², featuring several sunny terraces with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea and Casablanca Natural Park. Inside the villa, you’ll find four comfortable and spacious bedrooms—all four with full en-suite bathrooms—as well as a guest bathroom. There are 4 bedrooms with double beds, each featuring large closets; two very large separate living rooms—one of which also has a double bed; and 2 sofa beds (not intended for sleeping). The kitchen is very modern and equipped with top-brand appliances. Each room has individually controlled air conditioning, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. It is also equipped with a barbecue, sun loungers, a security lock, an alarm system, and a garage for one car or a large van. Each living room has a Smart TV with Netflix, etc. The community also features a communal infinity pool and a communal gym.

The villa is a ten-minute easy walk from the train or bus station, restaurants, and shops. Torremuelle Beach, with several restaurants and bars, is a 15-minute walk away, and the beautiful and charming town of Benalmádena is just 700 m from the villa. In the village, you’ll find several charming squares, restaurants, bars, a bakery, a butcher shop, a liquor and tobacco store, a pharmacy, and several supermarkets—you’ll find everything you need in this lovely Spanish village. Málaga International Airport is a 15-minute drive away. If you or someone in your group enjoys shopping, there’s a large designer outlet just a 15-minute drive away. This designer outlet, featuring over 100 brands, is one of a kind!

The villa’s maximum capacity is 10 people (ideal for 8 adults + 2 children). Pets are not allowed. Smoking inside the property is prohibited. No parties or events. Groups of young people under 25 years old are not allowed. Minimum rental period is 1 week. Please enquire about availability.

Note 1: There is no fence around the pool.
Note 2: The gardener will visit the house at least once a week to tend to the plants and the pool.
NOTE: 1 BED IS 160 CM WIDE, 3 BEDS ARE 140 CM WIDE, AND 2 BEDS ARE 120 CM WIDE.
