Welcome to my beautiful, renovated apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The location is enviable, a few meters from the best bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, gym, public transport and less than 100 meters from the beach. The main terrace facing southwest (sun until the end of the day) and overlooking the swimming pools and the sea. Do not miss the opportunity to book this property that will make your vacation unforgettable for you and your family.
Located in one of the best summer areas on the Costa del Sol.
The property has 3 bedrooms with capacity for 6 people as follows: Double bedroom with en suite bathroom, plus 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each and a second bathroom.
There are 2 terraces, one located in the middle bedroom and the main one in the living room, facing southwest (sun from early to late in the day) and with open views of the pools and the sea.
The kitchen is independent, very spacious, and fully equipped.
Fully equipped property with central air conditioning (hot and cold), ceiling fans, washing machine, dishwasher, double glazed windows with shutters and mosquito nets, safe box, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, baby cot and highchair, linen & towels, and fully equipped kitchen.

Very well-maintained community with swimming pool (opens from 1st of June to 30th of September from 9 to 20hs), garden, and elevator.

From booking the apartment communications with Martin, the owner were excellent. The property was lovely and the location couldn’t have been more central. All the facilities in the apartment were great, I really can’t recommend it enough,
