- License Nº VUT/MA/15349 - Location, Location! Very Modern Centrally located,One bed corner apartment with open sea and beach views from bedroom,kitchen,dining area and terrace! Located on first floor and very close to beach, paloma park and marina. On site supermarket and gym/spa/indoor pool (these gym facilities are open to members or paying guests-not included with apartment). Large pools gardens and waterslides onsite with restaurant are usually open between months of May to end October. Outside this period, one can take advantage of beach as its so close or pay for access to indoor pool belonging to on site gym. There is a large park with lake just outside with mini zoo, and sea park. Lots to do around the area. Puertomarina is around 20minutes walk along promenade. Arroyo de la Miel town centre is also close by with train station and many resturants and shops. Bedroom has double bed , tv and air conditioning. Bathroom has walkin shower, washing machine and hairdryer. Very modern Kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven and fridge freezer and lounge with air conditioning and tvs
