Full access to common areas such as the 5 pools with slides, gardens, sun loungers (with supplement), the bar, pool bar, restaurant, game room, etc. There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor, open from Monday to Sunday.

We inform that the building staff, including reception, pool, maintenance, common areas cleaning, and security, is not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.
CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15th to September 15th - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.
POOLS:
Complex with 5 pools and park with water slides!
Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaids' pool (heated to 23°).
The opening hours of swimming pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, and we cannot accept claims for this reason or for the closure of the pools.
There is a supermarket located in the urbanization, open every day, on the ground floor.
Are you coming with a baby? No problem, we will provide a crib (check the supplement).
PARKING: Parking space according to availability.
Community satellite television, subject to the community signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.

- Benalmádena Sea Life Aquarium - Located in the Benalmádena marina, it is a shark conservation and protection center opened in 1995. The Sea Life brand belongs to the Merlin Entertainment group, which manages more than twenty aquariums in Europe.
- Selwo Marina Dolphinarium and Penguin - Park that houses the only Dolphinarium and Ice Penguins in Andalusia.
There are 1.3 km from the Arroyo de la Miel station to Benalbeach: the Atenas gym is located in the urbanization with daily and weekly rates that you can check directly with them. Taxi and bus stops are located at the same entrance of the urbanization.

In order to ensure the safety and care of our services, we do not require a refundable security deposit. However, we request a credit card number to cover possible damages, with a maximum amount of up to 200€. This measure allows us to offer you a peaceful and worry-free experience.
