Located in one of the most exclusive areas of the Costa del Sol, this apartment is perfect for those looking for a high-end stay with everything at their fingertips. The exclusive residential area of ​​'el Higueron' is located on the border of Benalmadena and Fuengirola. You can enjoy 24-hour private security, supermarkets, restaurants, private transport to the beach and Paseo Marítimo (the famous 'little train'), Beach Club and private sports facilities and Spa, next to the famous Hotel Higueron. It is recommended to come by car, as public transport and services are limited.

As in all CLEF Málaga 🌞 Apartments, you will find the following services:

⭐ We offer Wi-Fi 🛜 💻and air conditioning (hot/cold) 🥶 🥵.

⭐ The beds will be made 🛏️, and we’ll provide one set of towels 🛁(shower and hand towel) for all registered guests.

⭐ There will be shower gel 🚿 and toilet paper 🧻for a few days (please keep this in mind if your stay is longer).

⭐ Check-in ⏰is from 4:00 p.m. 🛂, and check-outis until 11:00 a.m. 🚕.

At CLEF Málaga, we want to make your experience as pleasant as possible, so we offer help with a range of extra services (ask for rates). Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance:

Linen and laundry:All our sheets and towels are washed, dried, and ironed in an industrial laundry, ensuring 100% cleanliness, safety, and hygiene. However, please note that high-quality cleaning products are used, and washing is done at temperatures above 60ºC. Some stains may appear due to chemical reactions between cosmetic products (tanning creams, makeup, etc.) and laundry products (active oxygen, bleach, detergents, etc.).

Reservation modifications:Will be accepted within the free cancellation period, provided the calendar allows it.

Clef Málaga Office Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. On weekends, our team will handle emergencies and important issues during your stay. For administrative matters, please wait until office hours to be assisted.

This property is in a great location although it’s only one bedroom and not two as it states. The second bedroom is the sofa bed in the lounge. We had to make this up ourselves for our son which wasn’t a problem but we had to search to find the linen and figure out what went where. The location is great with free parking in the garage, lots of bars and restaurants plus a supermarket right outside and generally feels a very safe area. The apartment is a bit dated but otherwise, it’s a great stay.
