Garden View 1 bedroom Beach Retreat

Enjoy the comfort and tranquility in this ground floor apartment, located in a complex facing the beach. Although compact with its 35 m², it has everything necessary for a pleasant and functional stay, ideal for couples or individual travelers.



The apartment offers clear views of the complex's gardens, a green and relaxing environment that complements the proximity to the sea and beach just a few steps away. Perfect for those looking for a practical getaway without giving up comfort.



Equipped with a kitchen, full bathroom and living area with sofa bed, it is a cozy space to disconnect and enjoy the climate and offerings of Benalmádena.

POOLS: Pool schedules and calendar are decided and controlled by the community. Any change is outside the control, decision, and information of Benalcoast Properties.



CHECK-IN: We leave a lock, with instructions sent one or two days before arrival. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15 to September 15 - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.
