The location is excellent: it is close to the beach, restaurants, and a small grocery store. Everything we needed was in walking distance. The beach is amazing and it is easy to rent lounge chairs nearby. (Recommendation:: go early to reserve them).There were a few issues that could be addressed in the listing to help future visitors prepare. Only the living room has an air conditioning unit while the bedrooms have ceiling fans, so the apartment is warm in the summer. We had good and consistent communication with the manager leading up to arrival, about our train from Madrid. Then he was 30 min late showing up with the keys and asked us to wait downstairs while he opened the apartment. There are no beach/pool towels provided (we bought striped ones and left them for the next visitors--I recommend confirming availability.)The hair dryer had a bad fuse and didn't work. It took the manager almost 2 days to replace it.Overall, this is a great location in town, but the manager/host could be more hospitable to travelers and increase the accuracy of the listing.

We had a few issues. The apartment was cold but if you put on heaters it tripped the switch. Plaster was flaking from the bottom of the hall. The cutlery was scarce and the plumbing very noisy. The kitchen plugs were loose and we had to tape the only usable one to the wall. Location was good and beds were comfortable however very little sun on the balcony as it faced east.

Great apartment

Great apartment close to beach and nice restaurants. The beds and pillows were very good. We had everything we needed and it was nice with the washing machine. Kitchen was well-equipped. Rooms were warm at night, though, so we had open windows, and had quite a lot of noise from the street. Lourdes is so nice and responds quickly. Check in/out experience and communication were very good. All in all we had a great stay - and would stay again :o)
