Heerlijk rustig en ontspannend appartement/omgeving!

Pros: Alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt om te kunnen ontspannen zijn aanwezig. Als je van zon houdt en de luxe wilt behouden die je gewend bent, is dit een ideale plek voor een break. Wil je naar het strand, dan is een ritje van 15 minuten ook heel kort. Marbella is dichtbij, Estepona ook. Maar ook de authentieke Spaanse boulevards zijn er nog te vinden. Cons: Geen negatieve zaken te melden.

Tolle geräumige Wohnung mit Terrasse und Dachterrasse

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und hatte eine prima Raumaufteilung. Zudem war sie sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Fahrstuhl in die Tiefgarage brachte erheblichen Komfort mit sich, da die Koffer oder auch die Einkäufe leicht und schnell in die Wohnung befördert werden konnten. Die beiden Terrassen konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters nicht nutzen. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse war dennoch toll und es war alles für einen schönen (Grill)abend vorhanden.

Pros: We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad en zijn vandaag terug in Belgie aangekomen. Het appartement vonden we tip-top in orde, alles was netjes en proper. Leuk en comfortabel ingericht, met alles wat we maar konden wensen. Tot onze verrassing was er zelfs ook de Sport- golf zender op TV  te ontvangen!  Als we in dezelfde regio in de toekomst nog een vakantie plannen, dan zullen we zeker terug contact met u opnemen. We vonden de parkeerplaats / garage trouwens helemaal niet zo klein, weet niet waarom sommige mensen dit als commentaar gaven. Wij waren over alles dus heel tevreden, bedankt!

Wat een heerlijk penthouse! De foto's zijn een goede afspiegeling van de werkelijkheid. Het penthous

Pros: Wat een heerlijk penthouse! De foto's zijn een goede afspiegeling van de werkelijkheid. Het penthouse is echt heerlijk om in te veblijven. Wij hadden pech dat er net lekkage was geweest bij de buitenkeuken, waardoor de wateraansluiting was afgesloten. Tevens was de wifi verbinding erg slecht, viel regelmatig weg. De parkeergarage onder het complex was erg smal met in- en uitrijden (de lakschades van andere waren nog zichtbaar op de muur), maar wel heel fijn dat je auto niet in de brandende zon staat! Ddeze punten zijn overigens echt de enige waar wat op aan te merken was, want het penthouse was echt fantastisch! 2 goede badkamers, borden, bestek, glazen, alles in overvloed aanwezig. De keuken vol met kruiden, specerijen, olie etc. Heel fijn! Al met al een ontzettende aanrader!

Pros: The owner was pleasant and responded quickly and accurately. Easy access to the apartment and it corresponded exactly to the pictures. Lots of kitchen things both in the apartment and in the outdoor kitchen. Sun all day on the roof terrace but also the opportunity to sit in the shade. Quiet and safe environment and only 10 min. drive to Puerto Banus with lots of restaurants and activities. 1 hour drive to Gibraltar or Ronda, or take a boat trip to Marabella. We would have been longer but was not possible, so now we just have to come again.

Pros: Super god lejlighed beliggende i smukke omgivelser tæt på golfbane. Lejligheden er godt indrettet og lejlighedens tagterrasse og balkon er skønne. Pool området er rigtig lækkert med græs areal og liggestole. Lejlighedens beliggenhed er ca. 10 min. kørsel fra Puerto Banus, der med sin havn og strand er et vidunderligt område. Der er yderligere ca. 10 min. kørsel til Marbella som med er en rigtig hyggelig by.

Pros: Die Mobilie ist sehr gut gelegen für Ausflüge nach Marbella, Estepona oder ins Landesinnere (Ronda). Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Lift von der Tiefgarage direkt zur Wohnung perfekt. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto und findet in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung sehr gute Restaurants für Tapas oder gehobenere Dinners.

Pros: Vanaf het moment dat we dit huis binnen stapte wisten we dat we een heerlijke vakantie zouden gaan krijgen en dat is het geworden. Alles is er wat je nodig hebt, er is ook aan alles gedacht wat je eventueel nodig zou kunnen hebben.. Heerlijk terras voor de woonkamer waar we eind van de middag lekker relaxed een wijntje namen onder het zonnescherm uit de zon met het zicht op de golfbaan en daarna nog even bij zonnen tot 19.30 uur (in sept./okt.) op het heerlijke dakterras met ook weer een schitterend uitzicht . Ook is het heerlijk rustig in het gebouw zelf, lekker even zwemmen in het zwembad wat bij het gebouw hoort waar je ook lekker kunt gaan liggen om te relaxen. Alle Nederlandse tv kanalen zijn er ook als je eens een keertje thuis blijft en je wil tv kijken, altijd parkeerplek 'voor' de deur of een eigen parkeerplek in de garage onder het gebouw. En het contact met de (Nederlanse) eigenaresse is ook geweldig, je krijgt heel snel antwoord op al je vragen. Kortom heerlijk om in dit huis te verblijven tijdens je vakantie.

Je kunt er koken, lekker zitten in de loungehoek of liggen op de zonnebedden. Zelf TV kijken is daar mogelijk. Het complex ligt aan een mooie uitdagende Golfbaan, maar is ook zeer geschikt voor niet golfers. Auto staat veilig en koel in de garage. Dit appartement is echt een aanrader!

Pros: Het appartement is meer dan compleet en van alle denkbare gemakken voorzien en heeft onder anderen twee terrassen waaronder een groot compleet ingericht dakterras met buitenkeuken, eethoek, ligbedden, loungeset en pergola met zonwering én een heel mooi uitzicht. Perfect werkende WiFi en een ondergrondse parkeergarage met privé parkeerplaats maken het geheel compleet. De communicatie verliep heel vlot en prettig en de sleuteloverdracht en ontvangst in en uitleg over het appartement was heel hartelijk. Kortom, echt een aanrader en wij komen graag nog een keer terug.
