This is completely unacceptable in a family resort. • Breakfast is total chaos—guests were fighting over food, and there were bees everywhere around the buffet. • Several restaurants are extremely dark. At George, guests were using their phone flashlights just to see their food. • And keep in mind, the cheapest room costs around $450 per night."

Die Tür zur Terrasse war nicht abschließbar, sodass man jederzeit in unser Zimmer spazieren konnte. Auf Nachfragen sagte man uns, dass die Techniker schon weg seien. Auf die Bitte hin ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen, rief der nette und hilfsbereite Mann an der Rezeption bei der Managerin an, die ihn anschrie und meinte:"I don't care!!!"...

"the breakfast had many choices and all were delicious! the pool and beach were awesome! all of the staff were kind and helpful. the beach barbecue and budda bar were not run as well as restaurants inside or market breakfast area and all were a little overpriced but all in all we had a very nice stay"
