We came in for a wedding and requested an early check in. We called one week before and the day before! Despite being packed with a softball tournament crowd, they fit us in, and gave us a beautiful, chic clean room. We loved the renovations and the fact that we had access to a pool, free coffee and more.

Rooms were clean, everything was in good shape. Didn’t like the breakfast, so I would recommend eating out. Location was excellent. Never really saw the staff much after check-in, but didn’t need anything. Nothing fancy but sufficient.

First stay ever. Others had mentored that the place was rough in the past. It is now a Marriott and very comfortable. Super clean, fresh smelling, very updated. Delicious breakfast, good coffee, quiet. A very safe and enjoyable stay. I will be back!

The manager printed some copies of documents gratis. Some staff were grumpy. The air in our room caused my asthma to flare and no other room made available for full 4 day stay. TV very limited.

Dirty fans, dirty walls underneath the table, tons of exposed wiring dirty doors, like old fingerprint touching build up. Something might be living in the tv cabinet idk

I had booked and paid on expedia. Arrived and they told me the room I booked, which was a regular king bed was not available as the Marriott had overbooked. All they had available was a double bed or a handicap room with a king bed. Checked the area and most hotels were sold out. Took the king handicap room. The bed was low to the floor but okay, the room smelled horrible and the floor in the bathroom was covered in water, not sure from what. Probably would not stay again as what is the point of booking a room and it not being available upon arrival.

Staff at this location from supervisor down are all very clueless, they double charged me and now it’s been 2 weeks and I’ve yet to get my money back. They avoid giving me a reliable answer on the refund. There was also times where the main door was locked closed when the sign clearly says “these doors are never to be locked” with no staff at the desk my family had to walk all the way around the building at night next to boarded up apartments the hotel sits next to.
