"However we had an issue with the Aspen Pet fee. We were told that that fee was a standard corporate fee however we stayed at two aspens in a row and they range from the 30 dollars to 50. That was very disappointing."

"In general, we enjoyed our stay. Great location with a view of planes and easy access to get onto the Spit and the surrounding area. The cabin was a bit dated- our friends stayed at a newer remodeled one a few years back. Lots of space was appreciated, but it can easily be redesigned into 2 beds instead of a pull-out couch and 1 bed. The lock was challenging, but once we figured it out, it was ok to deal with. The kitchen needed more amenities. We had more choices of tea, coffee, sugars, and snacks at other places we stayed on this trip. A drying rack for dishes was needed, as we were to wash our cups and dishes but had no place to put them except a clean towel we found. It did not bother us too much, but curtains would be beneficial for privacy and light blocking for some guests."
