The staff are lovely ,leisure and spa facilities are excellent very relaxing,the room was big and clean and had complementary water and products, but was a little cold ,fine once I was in the bed . The girl at checkout was so helpful and informative , should probably of just asked for the heating to be turned on or up . "

"The room was cold. The food was not fresh, just from the freezer. For a four-star hotel, this was very poor. Personal friendly."

"The room was really clean but one of the cups in the room had lipstick on it.Otherwise couldn't fault the facilities. The bed was really comfortable and would definitely stay here again "
