All guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to their stay. Access to the property will only be granted once the agreement has been completed and returned.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that the tiny home is located on the same lot as a house, but the backyard is not a shared space and the pool is not available for Tiny Home guests. While parking in the driveway is shared, you will have your own private area separate from the houses. If you book, please be considerate of others and respect their privacy. Routine lawn maintenance is done regularly and may take place during your stay. The team works quickly and does their best to avoid any disruption.
No smoking anywhere inside or outside the home within 50 feet of the home.

We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind. Our cancellation policy applies to every reservation without exceptions, regardless of the reason. Please make sure to review and understand the policy before booking to avoid any surprises later.

Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare. Unfortunately, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as electricity, phone service, water, tubs, air conditioning, TV, wifi, appliances, pool, spa, etc. We do have technicians on call and will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible
