A nuestra llegada nos encontramos con varios problemas e incidencias.- Cocina: trapos de cocina, delantales, cafetera y horno sucios un cajón estropeado- Salón: sofá rasgado y viejo, lámparas sin funcionar.- Cuarto de baño: inodoro sucioPara colmo, no había agua caliente. enseguida nos pusimos en contacto con la empresa. Todas las comunicaciones se realizaron vía WhatsApp. Las "soluciones" que nos dieron fueron ineficaces : no pudimos ducharnos durante toda nuestra estancia.En el anuncio, está escrito "parking disponible". Supusimos que estaba en las instalaciones pero no fue así. Sólo se puede aparcar en la calle o en un parking de pago."

"Everything was excellent, service and installation, but the worst part was arriving and finding that the pool was not operational, and there was only an option for a spa, obviously at an extra cost. It should have been mentioned that the pool would not be in operation; that disappointed me!"

"It needs to be clearer on your site, before booking, that parking is such a distance away. We are an older couple traveling with a cat and the walk to the hotel was substantial when carrying a cat travel box and litter tray plus your own overnight bags. My husband has COPD and I have a wonky leg so it was a trial for both of us Having said all this hotel was in a lively square with plenty of options for our evening meal and a recovery drink or two. The young lady on reception was very helpful and the room clean and comfortable. The mattress was a little hard but it did not stop us from sleeping. "

"Grat property with great staff. Breakfast was exceptional and th host during breakfast (Mar 23-28) was phenominal. She was attentive and courtious. The reception staff was also great. Hotel's locaiton is it's best feature. It was minutes away from everything. Rooms were clean. The only negetive was the shower desing. It was an "open" shower and the water would spill everywhere while taking a shower. "
