Stains in the kitchen, hairs in the beds. One of the bedrooms had completely insufficient curtains that covered less than 50% of the window and were falling off. "Unit is as described in listing, with one star reduced rating only because the beds were really, really firm and for older folks with hip joint pain, weren't the most restful. Other than that, you can't go wrong with this flat as your base for exploring London. Chalk Farm tube station is an 8 minute walk away and you're off! Good communication with host throughout. "this basement apartment is well furnished and calm. we stayed in april. 10 minutes walk from the tube (northern line), 3 stops from St Pancras station. 10 minutes walk from Camden market. small grocery stores and pharmacy nearby. I recommend this flat. "

"Charming host. Very clean. Amazingly quiet. It took us 3 days to realize we were next to the overground tracks! Very convenient location. Depending upon where we were going we used five different train and bus stops all within 1/2 to three blocks. Restaurants and stores nearby. Great value for a place with all the big city amenities and public transit."
