The house location is perfect, half way between Keem beach and Achill sound where you enter on to the Island. We had such a nice time there and hope to return next summer when the weather is better. "My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here. Our experience from check in to check out was amazing. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their hotel and restaurant. We highly suggest staying for a few days to a longer visit based on their service, high standards, and central location. "

"Great spot just a few problems with the toilet and shower in one of the bedrooms. Property owner was very responsive. "

"There were no instructions about how to turn on or adjust heat or hot water. Some dishes were not clean. Kitchen was missing some essentials (no coffee maker, no salad spinner, no covered casserole dish, no salad bowl,. But the washing machine leaked badly, gushing water.The drying rack was broken.This well situated cottage has three bedrooms and once things are fixed and the house instructions are you improved it could be ok. A table broken since October has not been fixed 6 months later.I have never offered a negative review but this house was not up to anyone's standards. "
