"The facility is incredible. You truly feel as if you are staying in the jungle. We stayed in a treehouse and the room was absolutely stunning. We were greeted every morning and night by the most welcoming staff. Whether it be at the reception desk, dinning staff or cleaners, everyone was over the top helpful and kind. We enjoyed both a breakfast and dinner buffet that was different each meal. The food was fantastic with a large variety of different foods, all tastier than ever. The guided tours are truly what makes your stay unique. They offer a variety of different types of tours with immense assistance and guidance from the tour guides to make the tour as seamless as possible with the best experience. We visited 2 ancient ruin sites, cannot say less about the experience. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and knew what special touches to provide to make it the most unforgettable experience. My husband and I were there for our wedding anniversary and they went over and above to make it very special and memorable. Would highly recommend the Ian Anderson Cave’s Branch to anyone looking for a unique and adventure filled experience. "

"Everything was simply amazing about this place! The customer service, the beautiful grounds, the gorgeous room - EVERYTHING was perfect. Don't hesitate to stay here. We had a River View room and it was perfect - high ceilings, big bathroom, and huge patio with four comfy chairs and a hammock. We'd hang outside to listen to the wildlife. We spent time exploring the property, which was fun. We also did a morning sunrise breakfast on the cliff top and that was a wonderful experience. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our stay so special."

"Had a fabulous stay at Cassia Hill. Had a duplex style studio overlooking the gorgeously cared for grounds (#2). The room was surrounded by huge windows to enjoy the lush trees and plants from inside. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful both before and during my stay. Shout out to Aby who was impressively attentive and efficient! The room was generously equipped, clean and beautiful. The property sprawls and offers a small pool with a few lounge chairs, and a large restaurant with bar and great service (I had 2 dinners here and both were great). Just outside of town so quiet aside from traffic on the nearby highway, close to supermarkets, but would recommend a car for getting around."
