"Cozy room in center of Obernai which is very convenient. Only recommendation to the lobby personnel is to have some information on possible parking space alternatives if their reserved parking is full and the nearest parking is full too. "

"The first room smelled of cigarette smoke and the second room had spider webs throughout and the lamps had burned out bulbs throughout the room. The pictures on Expedia did not portray the room correctly. The room and bathroom was very old. Additionally, the breakfast was not appetizing. My family and I only stayed two nights. My wife wanted to leave immediately unfortunately we would have forfeited $700 so we stayed and endured the sorry accommodations. Never would recommend this facility."

"Room was not made up for 3 people as booked. We had to go back down to reception to let them know (as there are no phones in the room). They did remedy this quickly. The room listing however stated a single bed and it was a sofa bed. The lights in the bathroom were very temperamental - one would go off sometimes and sometimes all the lights would turn off. The water also didn’t come out from the sink tap sometimes. "

"Wasn’t planning on late check in but we did as hotel called us and they said they would email the details to enter and self check in, it was very easy to do. The room was great everything needed we had and very clean. In and around the hotel places to walk, eat and drink, quiet and not far from the station 15 minute walk. "
