  • Our beach home is just 1.5 blocks from the beach. It's a 2 family home, this listing is for the smaller unit of the 2. It features a living room, newer kitchen with DW, W/D,2 BR,2 FULL bathrooms & a very large shared backyard. It was renovated in 2020.

    June-September Check in and check out on SATURDAYS ONLY!

    Comes w 2 beach badges, 4 beach chairs, and an umbrella

    Tenant to provide sheets and towels. We provide mattress protectors, blankets, pillows, bath mats, kitchen towels.
