3 Blocks From The Beach Just Renovated 3 Bdrm Plus Den

Freshly renovated 3 bedroom plus den located on a very quiet street only a few blocks away from the beach and close to EVERYTHING that Belmar has to offer. New kitchen featuring new white quartz countertops with grey veins, white shaker cabinets, brass finishes, and dishwasher. Bathroom also just redone with walk in marble shower, elegant glass wall, and brass finishes. New floors sweeping across the entire unit with a nice sized living room with fire place! Unit does include laundry both washer and dryer. Second story attic can be used for storage. Bedrooms are a little smaller but also includes an office/den. Beds can be changed. Pets are case by case basis. Available thru April 30th.

Tenant pays for their own utilities. Readily available street parking. No smoking.

Disgusting-Did not stay

Worst experience! The house description and photos didn’t match this rental, only some parts of the house were renovated and nothing was clean. The bunk beds were not secure and the mattresses seemed to come directly from a dump. Fireplace is condemned. At least one window was not locking, not safe for my family and belongings. The heathers and air conditioning was so dirty, it was scary to breathe the air This rental is not meeting basic health and safety standards. After calling vrbo, the agent told us to take our things, take pictures and leave. This is what we did, but despite multiple calls with vrbo, we don’t know if we will be reimbursed yet. The owner was not able to fix these sanitary issues and is not willing to reimburse us. I thought I would be safe to rent from vrbo listings instead we had to find a new place to sleep the day of our arrival. What a stressful experience. Not recommending this rental.
