Conveniently located just a few minutes to downtown Bellville where you can enjoy multiple dining options including upscale `22 N Holland`, boutiques such as `Buck Ferguson` and `Southern Trends` and an insta-famous trendy coffee shop and eat house called `the gathery`! Offering three bedrooms and two full bathrooms this home can comfortably sleeps 7 guests. A short drive to nearby towns of Brenham, New Ulm, Round Top/Carmine and Chappell Hill. **Coming soon a backyard firepit oasis and coffee courtyard.
