The modern and cozy LYRA studio, located on the first floor of Residenza Ticino in Claro, enjoys a strategic position for those wishing to explore Ticino\'s nature and its most iconic attractions. Just a 10-minute drive from Bellinzona, famous for its UNESCO World Heritage castles, and a short distance from the lakes of Lugano and Maggiore, LYRA is the perfect starting point for mountain adventures and relaxation.

The space, bright and well-organized, ensures a practical and comfortable stay. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances and kitchen utensils, is designed to meet all your needs. The dining table, placed next to the large French windows, offers a delightful view of the garden and mountains. The environment includes two single beds that can be joined to form a comfortable double bed, a cozy wooden armchair, a desk, and a smart TV.

The bathroom, designed with a minimalist aesthetic, includes a spacious walk-in shower and modern fixtures.



Additionally, all guests of Residenza Ticino can access the wonderful shared terrace, where they can enjoy the beauty of the panorama.



The apartment also offers a private parking space adjacent to the property.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Great apartments, new clean and spacious. Location has absolutely nothing within walking distance but there is good pizza delivery and parking right outside the door which makes it accessible to drive places. Train line right outside can be a plus or minus but it did not bother us.
